On November 25th, 2015, I requested a payout at Slotocash Casino in the amount of $2523.00. However, to my surprise, my payout was denied on November 27th for not upholding a "$10 max bet rule" which states that you are not to bet more than $10 a hand while you are attempting to fulfill the playthrough requirement for your bonus. However, this "$10 max bet rule" was listed nowhere in the bonus terms and conditions; furthermore, I had a $60,000 rollover requirement for this bonus, how on earth can this casino expect players to chip away at this bonus $10 at a time? I've gambled at many online casinos and I've never encountered this type of obstructive rule regarding bonuses. It appears to me that Slotocash simply doesn't want to process my payout because I happened to get lucky and make a few bucks at their casino. I have tried to contact the casino directly but I have been unsuccessful in reaching somebody that can help me; furthermore, I sent a private message to Slotocash's representative on Casinomeister on December 3rd and have received no response since. If anybody could help me with this situation I would really appreciate it; I'm new to this casino and this is only my second payout. I'd love to continue playing at Slotocash but I don't think it's worth it for me to continue giving them my money when they won't even give me my winnings that I rightfully earned.

Sorry but resurrecting a 3 year old thread is a no no! You needed to start your own - you will get better response that way anyway

If you only messaged rep on the 3 December give them time to respond - they can have weekends off - its permitted !

I am sure they can show you where on the terms and conditions this bet restriction is stated.

As for the wagering requirement if thats what the terms stated that's what it is whether you or anyone else likes it !

They are am accredited casino so most unlikely to be pulling any fast one

First, there is NO EXCUSE for not reading the bonus terms before you play - NONE!
This term is not only VERY clearly stated - it is the VERY FIRST thing they say in the Bonus Terms! :eek2:

If you broke that rule then you have no recourse.
The casino COULD give you a break, but I personally think it's unlikely because if they do it for you it could set a president for other advantage players to "have a go".

Next time READ ALL THE RULES FIRST!

furthermore, I used a bonus on my first payout with the casino and cashed out successfully even though I did not abide by any "$10 max bet rule". How can it be OK for me to redeem my winnings the first time but not the second time, even though I followed the same procedure for both? Finally, I had a $60,000 rollover requirement for this bonus, how on earth can this casino expect players to chip away at this bonus $10 at a time? Very sorry to everyone for re-posting this! I'm new (obviously) and am still getting used to the forum!
After double checking, my contact said there were no outstanding PMs or other issues with anyone here at Casinomeister.
So I take it your issue is resolved or finalised now?
