Oh, that's just awful.

Were you in The Netherlands playing at the time you deposited from your German bank account?

If so, you should definitely be paid if they accepted the deposit.

If you were in Germany, they should have geo-blocked you, and you would have been unable to play.

Read the casino's Terms and Conditions looking for how player disputes are handled, there should be some review process or body. I know The Netherlands has their own licencing for casinos, but not much beyond that.

Also, above is a tab on Casinomeister's Player Arbitration Service. Go read the FAQ, that might be a good (and free) course of action for you.

This casino doesn't seem to have any representation on CM.

From what I see in that second screenshot:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Denmark, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Romania, Spain, UK, US and its territories are excluded, but neither Netherlands nor Germany appear on that list, so I don't really see how either would be a problem.

Of course they may see that you deposited from two countries as an excuse to be extra careful in regards to AML, but since both are accepted countries they should still pay (provided you passed KYC and such).

advice please

Hi thanks for the reply, so what do you advice me to do.
i am really helpless

She was advising you to use Casinomeister's PAB service - the "Casino Complaints" button right at the very top of the forum.
Or you can just click here: https://www.casinomeister.com/casino-complaints

This is a superb free service which has helped many 100's (or 1,000's) of players resolve problems with casinos.
Make sure you read and understand all the instructions before submitting your PAB.
