Hi,

Anyone have trouble with paste& pay today? I just went there and my debit card is no longer an option listed for purchases. Just paypal, which I don't have.

I know there is a limit, I think, of 4 transactions per day, but, I have not hit that today. Not even one yet. It worked fine yesterday.

The only way I have for 3Dice....... grrrrr!

I have not used p & p since last week with my debit card. Today only paypal is listed for me too, but I had paypal when I was an ebay seller.

At least with paypal you can fund with checking account, debit cards, and credit cards.

But feel for you if you don't have it!:(

Just logged into my P&P account and it's still showing cc as buy option. I don't even have Paypal listed as an option.

FYI, if you can or do use NS to fund, be careful. They threatened to close one of my cards because VestPay showed up (which is what P&P shows up on my register) and they know it's gambling.

The first page still lists my credit card number.

But, I just now went all the way in after selecting a $20 voucher and my cc is gone.

It asks for your paypal email account and they only allow one transaction per day.

Are you sure you didnt mention anything about gambling to them? Paste & pay is a 3rd party site for buying vouchers to redeem at merchants. Of course we all know that lots of vouchers are being used at casinos. The point is a credit card shouldnt really be able to identify Paste & Pay as a "gambling site" and if they do, just play stupid and say "wow people can gamble on line" and then tell them you buy vouchers for something else.

I know you didn't address the question to me, but netspend closed my account and NO I didn't tell them what I was using it for. Denial of it being gambling didn't help a bit. Netspend KNOWS what is going on.

It's pretty reasonable to think that pasteandpay's processor has been caught with their pants down. That makes sense as to why cc is no longer an option.

Oh I see. I am not familiar with Netspend. I though they were speaking about a Credit Card, not Netspend, my fault.

Well, p&p was working out great! I can't help wondering if CWC group didn't have a hand in their canceling of credit debit cards.

The REASON I say this is, the last few times I have deposited with one of their casinos, the processor description was "vesthelp", meaning p&p.

They had several processors that seemed to be very good at TAKING our money. Their problems were with pay-out processors.

They also have the "voucher" option listed as a deposit method. Even though, I CHOSE the credit card method for my deposit, they still went though the "vesthelp" method, there by multiplying the quantity of p&p purchases in my name.

I don't know if I am explaining this very well, but, I hope some of you know what I mean.

BMW,

They locked my account and when I called them about it, they started in on my about gambling online and using VestPay.

I did a quick crawl back and told them I was buying online tokens and didn't have clue what they were talking about. That I didn't gamble online, I only played games like Pogo etc.

They didn't buy it but at least I didn't own up to it.

I've used the same card since for purchasing and they haven't said a word.

But they do know what is going on and it one card knows, they all do.

Understood, I replied earlier stating I didnt know you were talking Netspend. I do agree that they probably know whats going on.

Only paypal for me too.

So I wonder why Paypal, because they dumped gambling along time ago. So what happens when they get wise to what PasteandPay is and throws a shoe over it.

You could lose your Paypal account period. I don't use mine much because I am an Amazon purchaser but my SO uses his all the time for Ebay. Doesn't look like a good option to me.

Guess PasteandPay is history for me.

This might not have anything to do with "Netspend" we all don't use the same card, correct ? My prepaid card account seems fine. Does P&P have a Visa Processer ? maybe thats whats down. If we all have "Visa" taken down off P&P then its not our cards.. its P&P ? --correct ? Paypal was taken off as an option for awhile and then brought back.

It doesn't make any sense, like you said we haven't been able to use paypal in forever. Can you use pasteandpay to purchase things online? If so, then paypal wouldn't know it was for gambling would they?

This was the only way for me to deposit at a certain casino, now I'm screwed again. :(

Netspend is a visa prepaid card.

ReAdd Card Number

You might try re-adding your card number. A few weeks ago I added a second card and when I went back to use the first one I expected both to be listed, however, there was nothing there. I e-mailed them and they said they were not keeping both numbers visible, but to just re-add the number I wanted to use and they would not charge a verification fee on it.

That worked fine, but each time I want to use the different number I have to code it in---DO NOT hit the delete old number key as then they will charge a verification fee as your old number will be gone.

Now--perhaps that has all changed since I used them as that was a couple weeks ago. But you might give it a try.

Can't hurt.

OH POO!

Note from P&P -

Well its goodbye to 3 Dice then, and RTG has updated all of their lobbies and when they do that they disconnect the links to the games. If one is on a dial-up internet it takes hours and hours to reload games that are already there. All three of the ones I had on computer updated the day before Thanksgiving, and all three have disconnected the games.

Again---Oh Poo!

Well, it is not just p&p. I tried to deposit in another site tonight with my debit card. Never had a problem before. It did not work. Live chat said they were having problems with cc deposits and to try again in an hour. I haven't done that yet. Then I got an automated phone call want to verify 3 purchases I had made in the last 3 days. It didn't say what type of purchases, just the amounts and locations, i.e. United Kingdom.

This seem to happen every few months. Maybe they are being extra cautious because of the holidays. But, you would think they would expect MORE transactions at this time of the year.

Hell, I don't know.....

Well... crap!!! 3Dice is the only place I play at (used to play CWC but no way know with all the problems with payouts)... now without P&P I do hope they come up with some other options to deposit. I know they are pushing the OK Pay card and that's fine for withdrawals, but I have no idea how to deposit through there. Darn it... I don't want to go anywhere else! (insert whining here)

Well, I hate to say this, but, I think Paste & Pay is a goner! I have tried to load the site a few times this morning and I keep getting an error message.

AND, I just transfer money to paypal just so I could use it at paste and pay................ GGGGRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Another thing that gets my goat........... google "pasteandpay" and what comes up for all the world to see??? Almost ever frickin link refers to pasteandpay as a casino deposit method! All this does is point the feds in the direction they need to go to end our hobby!

I am just so frustrated right now!

OK I am not understanding this if someone could please shed some light. It is like half the country can get the site to work and half can't. This is the error I get when I go through chrome, IE and Firefox.

The payout issues have been resolved. They are actually processing them faster now at CWC. I spoke with Karolina the Rep on these forums directly. If anyone is still having problems, i would highly suggest talking to them directly via their link in the Rep forums. They were very polite and expedited my cashouts and removed the fees associated with both of them because they would have been free if the courier would have been available. So they are trying to do right by their players. And most people who know me know that i dont usually stand up for casino's but they have not done me wrong and have fixed all the issues for me anyway.

Paste and Pay Purchasing

You are all correct. I learned from paste and pay directly that they are no longer accepting credit card deposits and on ly PayPal. And, you can only deposit once a day at the time you deposit is the time you can deposit the following day.

Right now as someone stated that site isn't available at all. That is the one site I use for 3-Dice myself. I have this feeling that there will be no more pasteandpay.

Paste and Pay Purchasing

I just e-mailed pasteandpay to see what the problem is with the site, and my e-mail bounced back stating no such address. So, I honestly think they are no longer in existence.

I have been able to pull the site up at different times today, but last time, about an hour ago, it was a no go. I did not try to make a deposit earlier. My understanding is some people could pull it up, others could not earlier today. I'm on the east coast if that makes any difference.

Trying to play online these days for Americans is about as much fun as Russian Roulete. If you don't get screwed by the casino you will get screwed by the processor or your bank. It just isn't worth the hassle anymore.

That actually made me laugh-but unfortunately you are right.

The last fraudulent charges fiasco I went through with my bank literally made me sick to my stomach it was so stressful and it was for a lot of money.

I was able to get the paste and pay website to come up today on the other hand.

Horrible customer service

The customer service at PnP is a joke. I have been emailing several times to figure out why I can't add vouchers to checkout with paypal. They keep telling me the same canned reply over and over. Sometimes its completely irrelevant to the question I'm asking. I have asked for someone to manually review it and now they stopped replying altogether. I'd hate to think what happened if there was ever billing problems from VestPay. Good luck ever talking to a real human over there.

Paste and Pay Purchasing

I figured I'd save my deposit till this morning and then go and purchase through the pay pal option, but low and behold the site now says its under maintenance. It figures....

I also went to deposit for 3 Dice yesterday and PNP only offered PayPal, i would not use my PP account as i dont want to risk it being closed!

Just checked today out of interest and site is undergoing maintenance as others have posted, my guess is another US deposit method bites the dust!

I am going to the UK in the New Year so will be able to deposit freely!
