partypoker casino a rep here?

I have a complaint at partypoker casino, as usual getting fobbed off by the front line support.

Not often I need complain, but when things go wrong its nice for it to get sorted.

Any pointers?

They dont appear to have a rep at any of the bigger casino forums.

Pokerstars is just another example of a "casino" that really could not care less for any player community. They don't care about you. Just sayin'.

We've asked - and they said "no" - they are too big and important to bother with Casinomeister.

One small addition to what Bryan has said: we've asked MANY TIMES over the years and they've always said "no".

Not sure if its really PAB issue, though i'll give it some thought, it is just a my word against a standard response.

Just would have thought due to the level of loyalty, there would be some degree of listening, but clearly not. I'll pick it up in a day or so.

Well - they have a history here. A very long time ago we found how their software was cheating players. This was when they were small time, and their heads could fit through the door. I will see if I can dig up the thread.
