yesterday about him having sniffed out Panther Casino and SportBet247 as certified pirates:

We've had it directly confirmed by Net Entertainment that they've issued a cease and desist letter as these operators have been using Net Entertainment branding but were never authorised to offer Net Entertainment games or indicate any relationship with their brand.

I've actually flagged this group up with the UKGC as we can confirm they're accepting UK players without a UKGC license and seem to have holdings within the UK.

One addendum - what I've been told by NetEnt indicates that they were instructed to remove their games. It doesn't state that the games were pirated, though that does seem likely as the alternative would be offering NE games without paying for them or offering NE free play games via an aff program to entice players in and not actually having any real play NE games.
