Slow Pay Palacevipcasino

Hello!
Have been playing at playtech palacevipcasino and won 1500$. Request withdrawal, than they have pending period for 4 days (how at almost playtech), but on 5 day have recived email:
We would like to inform you that your withdrawal request will be in pending
period for 14 days due Casino Management’s decision.

Thay told that belong to GGN group (casinoking, casinolasvegas, ...).

2 weeks pending period is abnormal ( 4 days is to long bu this)

Anyone have expirience with them?

palacevipcasino is kinda new to me? i checked their page, indeed they belong to ggn which are reputable.

but if you click on their aff program its a seperated one only for palacevip, all other ggn casinos have another ??

would be interesting to know why their management needs 2weeks pending? for what?
