Used $10 sign up bonus at Palace of Luck. Turned it into $8000+. Asked for withdrawal and was told the max I could take out was $50.00. Accepted that
after several emails with support there. That was December fifth. Since then they have been draging thier feet. Told to fill out and send faxback form, copy of ID, and utility bill. 5 days later told the info I submitted showed a conflict with my Social Security number and to supply more info (address, birthdate, blood type, name of first born child, etc.) Complied about a week ago and have not heard back from them. Was warned not to expect too much from them.
Avoid this place at all costs. I suspect that even if I had made a deposit there that there unresponsiveness would be the same.

Need to report that after first denying withdrawal request, Palace of chance approved my $50 withdrawal. It's not the $8000 I had won in total but its beter than nothing.
Interesting that they decided to approve my request after my post from above.
