Is there a rep or complaints contact for Paddy Power. I'm having a nightmare trying to deal with their customer service team and nobody wants to take any responsibility

Hia..i don't know if there's a rep here for Paddypower..but are u having to verify your acc. with paddypower?Perhaps..u can look for a phone number and give them a call.Click the casino page and at the bottom, click on"Help", from there u can find the answers.

Paddy Power - Grey Zone Casino - used to be accred, but they don't really care for Casinomeister - each and every one of their forum accounts have gone dormant over the years. I think they hold the record - 13 accounts in 11 years LOL.

Think the confusion is coming from the fact that at side of the forum with the list of accredited casinos Paddy Power reappeared several weeks back with a 9.2 rating so guessing most people would see it there and think it is accredited therefore have a current Rep.

Had mentioned it a few weeks ago to LadyJelena in some other thread.

Yes - this is partially my fault. They were accredited but should have lost this a couple of months ago. They have been dealt with a few times in the past few years of letting their forum accounts go dormant. The last time was enough. Fool me once, shame on you - fool me twice - we won't get fooled again.

Alas, i've tried calling, emailing and live chatting many many times. None of their staff read notes.

Essentially my issue is related to a missing withdrawal, It's not on their front end system but they can see it when they go into my user actions. I'm always told i'll hear back in 24 hours but it's been a week, Dublin didn't have a bank holiday on monday and i wasn't told working days/hours so i'm not sure what the hold up is.

To be fair to paddy power .they were my first free bet on the net on a apple phone 1.I thought it was a scam as I won 80 euros .they asked for my bank details to pay me .I was worried as I never got free money ever .I withdrew 75 and waited and it was there in 3 days.that was 15 years ago .and paddy power still gives good freebies to this day 17th June. Your winnings should be on your withdrawals and then to your bank statement not hard to clear up .just thought I would add something positive.

I've also had trouble with this. Eventually it was resolved though. V annoying!

They are Betfair,one and the same. Both customer services departments are pretty bad in my experience.

sorry to hear you cannot get it resolved by emails and cc ,by any chance do you have a paddy power bookmakers near to were you live,mite I suggest you go to the shop and ask to seethe manger and they should be able to help you,my brother had problems with his account and he went to a shop and they sorted it for him there and then,I hope this helps you ,as I said there cc is no good ,so ask for the manger not the organ grinder.
