I want to PAB here! Not there!
I used to have an account at youbet.com since 1996 and played the horses every week. I did good. I can prove I did good, I had a lot of wG forms to file every year. I never had a probelm in all those years with youbet.com
Well, TwinSpires has purchased youbet and merged our accounts with TwinSpires. I played one weekend and hated the setup. I decided to try again to "get the feel" of the site a few weeks later and I played a few hundred that night only to find out why I couldn't hit anything. I play odds. If the odds are correct, I will always hit something. That night, I kept watching the odds and played a race where the odds on the winning horse showed 13-1. I caught the race...but I also caught a discrepency in the odds payout which was absolutely wrong. I took screenshots and everything of the race, the monitor with the win in the screen, the payouts...everything and you can see that the payout was completely wrong on the odds showing. The winning horse showed 13-1 in the window that should have paid $28 but showed a $9 payout for the win. The trifecta should have been in the hundreds with a $28 winning horse but was only around $40.
I wrote to them telling them that I took screenshots of them posting the wrong odds/payout. I saw this before on one of my other bets but couldn't capture the screenshots because I was totally taken aback by seeing it, thinking I was seeing things...but then a little niggle in my mind kept saying..you were NOT seeing things...keep watching!
So, when it happened again (thank goodness I wasn't going crazy) I quickly took screenshots of the win/odds/payout and picture of the horse and winning numbers on the screen and track to show that all pics were one and the same.
I felt cheated. Because I play the odds and always have. I would NEVER have played the horses I did that night if I knew that the odds posted were wrong. All night I kept losing until that one moment I thought I was seeing things but then caught the real thing and knew I was being ripped off.
I wrote to them and told them all this and asked to be reimbursed my bets since what they posted was not the correct odds. They said that this has never happened before after looking at my screenshots and they needed to check into this a little more and my screenshots etc...
So, here I sit a month later with no reply, except , were still checking.. I do not care on iota about the site, I just want my money back from a place that is a ripoff in my mind. After all the years I played at youbet without one problem, here I have 2 in one night at the new site. I gave them till this week to respond and I told them I will be posting the screenshots SOMEWHERE (youtube, facebook etc) if I get no answer to show what kind of place they are.

Interesting. I started out with America Tab and ended up at Twinspires thru all the buys and moves etc. I have never seen anything like this with my bets so I guess I can't help. LOL!
That is a real problem and it's a biggy. Usually when I'm betting on Twinspires, I'm watching the races on HRTV so I know what the horse goes off at.
I'd be interested in knowing how it works out so let me know, please.

Update on issue: They have finally contacted me by phome. Hopefully we can work out an amical solution to the problem.
I think saying just the name "maxd" makes it works miracles..I mean...I have been waiting a month to hear something and no sooner do I say his name "MAXD"...and bingo! Amazing...will update again...
