So i got this emal today from trada casino:

Hello,

We are writing to inform you that your account at TradaCasino has been permanently closed. This decision has been taken by the casino management team.

TradaCasino reserves the right to close Your Account and to refund the account balance to you, subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at TradaCasino's absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or to give prior notice, using a payment method determined by us.

So i did go to live chat to ask why ( i have no clue why)

Yes correct you cannot play here at Trada and you cannot open another account. We do not have any sister sites


Trada live chat was like always fast&precise and polite nothing to complain about.
i'm curious why my account got closed :what: Im wondering if it has something to do with me pointing out leovegas problems with wagering system or franfreds technical problems?

Did i manage to get my self to the "black book of online casinos" where player are not welcome for some reason :D. Dont think so but ... :thumbsup:

Could it be so that you have used a lot of bonuses. Maybe tried to redeem offers posted in forums like this one?

It was just another one posting the same as you so I assume they are simply removing customers they feel is of no value to them.
Seems a bit tough but I don't blame them.
 
Not a fan of how companies can just close people's accounts willy-nilly, same as Rossco37 and his bank account the other day. It's easy to switch to other good casinos, problem is if they all start doing it without proper reason :eek2:

Noticed Trada closing accounts after some free spin codes were posted in the forum and players tried to claim them, so they seem a bit trigger happy. Valid reasons should be given as part of being accredited the way I see it :cool:

If it's because of public critique, I'd just like to point out I love LeoVegas and Videoslots to death :eek2:

I don't deposit that much on trada, i use VS most and then comes rizk, pokerstars, leovegas. But i do deposit on trada and play there sometimes, but if its not enouf and i use the trada bonus codes? If that is the reason then ok, a bit tough but it is what it is.

We do not make account closure decisions lightly, so there may be more to it than meets the eye. We always strive to be fair, and closures are the last call of action.

Still silly tho, why would you close an account because someone is trying to redeem a bonus code that he/she found online.
Would be Littlewoods saying, we will close your account because you used a discount code that was not e-mailed to you.
People share these codes online you know, on forums and boards.

Its their business, they can shut down whatever accounts they wish. As for giving a reason - which there will be - if its opening a long and laborious dialogue
with potential legal implications - suspicion of fraud etc, or even bonus code abuse - then its easier to say nothing to protect themselves. You would so the same.

You probably used the worst possible company as a comparison! They have in the past recharged peoples cards and closed accounts for using codes that weren't issued to them!

The point isn't whether or not they can, of course they can and they should have the right not to serve any players they don't want to.

The point is it's bad service to customers who may have been loyal for a long time, and it tells anyone who continues to play there that someday they may be given the exact same treatment. Treating players like criminals and not even telling them what's going on doesn't leave people happy.

Regarding bonuses, a casino could always just temporarily or permanently remove bonuses from a player's account if they were concerned, then either the player continues without bonuses or they don't. Pretty simple. Casino can decide later whether or not they want to reinstate bonuses. Full ban is overkill, but yes a casino has the right to if they choose.

While you have a point it may be awkward sometimes to explain a reason or that some program just spit out some analysis that the decision was made on, I really doubt there's often going to be any legal implication of providing a general reason for account closure. I'm pretty sure the main reason is that casinos just don't want to put in the effort of dealing with a player they aren't going to get any more money from. They could provide at least a single response of a general reason, and if a player feels inclined to debate, that they will be unable to provide any more discussion or information after that.

So many casinos feel they can treat players like this without significant consequences, and the unfortunate reality is that they may be right.

Hmmm did that happen in the UK?
Never heard of cases like this in Ireland.
I use them sometimes and always search forums and boards for discount codes and most of the times I find one :)
Never got penalized (yet). :D

Sorry guys but due to the fact that this issue is to be with a specific players account, I cannot share the specific reasoning behind it on the forums.
However, I can share that the player in question has received full reasoning behind it so far.

I believe Conor PM'd you with more information. We do periodical reviews of inactive accounts at TradaCasino, and I'm afraid it does sometimes result in the company deciding not to facilitate gambling services on some of those accounts going forward.

I am very sorry that you are disappointed, but unfortunately I can't reverse the decision :(

Trada Casino really annoying me today.I never get any withdrawal or sth on it.After Login,they want check my ID.On next site,i have to upload Documents from my ID Card,passport etc.No problem,i drop the front+back and try upload.After this,they want access to my pc +cam to do a selfie ?! Never had something like this.

Few minutes later,i closed my Account on Live-Chat.So now...Where i can play???Oh--right....On one of the other 2000 Online Casino´s... :)

By the sounds of it, you were going through our automated documents processing.
This is a new feature we started using recently and based off of some early feedback from other players, it is quite a lot faster and easier for our players.
The selfie upload is just there for the system to ensure it is the owner of the document doing the upload.

Most document processing only takes 5 minutes when this system is used - which then allows future withdrawals to be processed even faster :)

Sorry Conor but ... seriously? I know players love taking selfies with their ID because its so much fun and depending on your phone, it can be done in just 50-100 pictures, but still...

Don't worry it's not a selfie with your ID :)

If you deposit at TradaCasino for the first time and we have been unable to verify that you are over 18 via public register or photo ID, your account will close after 72 hours.

When you try to login again, you will be prompted to take a photo of your ID card. Then you will be prompted to take a selfie (you don't need the ID card in this). The system then automatically approves your ID and reopens your account within 5 minutes. It's MUCH better than having to email it to us and wait for a human to approve it.

However, players can skip the selfie verification and send their ID via email if they prefer :)

The UKGC require all depositing players to be age verified within 72 hours. This is to ensure nobody who is under the age of 18 is gambling. We implement this system for all accounts, including non-UK. We can't give a weeks notice as we only have three days to verify. If you do not wish to verify your age I understand. If you ever do wish to verify and reopen your account, you can pop your ID over in an email to our support team.


Hope your Casino didnt get fucked by your new veri system :D
