I rarely have a problem depositing with my debit card directly with the casinos. Many are now offering one free payout per month ACH back to your account as well.

I utilized QT a lot but it was expensive essentially 8% with my bank hitting me with 3% fee on top. ACH back to your checking account was cheap at QT, $30 bucks.

The only one I know of who charged a fee to use debit cards was Bodog which was fine with me because I was paying 5% already with QT. Bodog has a problem now. Who in their right mind would deposit there in return for a cash gift card payout with fees running 15-20% of the card balance? Also, its like 8-10%for a WU! LOL! QT helped them out a lot by providing an affordable withdrawal source.

Building a nice bankroll for Vegas next month and playing BJ at Indian Casinos for now. Should've stayed with that course of action. Would've saved a lot of money.

I think today was the kiss of death for those who rely on the US market. Unless you deal with casino direct. The other out fit Money Line Wallet or whatever has a joke of a service. Takes 30 days and by check. I live in WA. They can't send checks to WA residents, no dice for me.
