It’s been awhile since I last played at an online casino. But last weekend I decided to give it another go. I didn’t fair to well; in fact the session was such a bad experience I wish I gave the money to charity.

Here’s my little list of what annoys me most about playing online.

1) First I have to always check the rogue list and make sure the accredited casino I normally play at didn’t make a sudden change.
2) If I decide to take a bonus with my deposit, I have to always check the terms of the bonus and re-read the T&C’s and make sure there weren’t any overnight cleverly word or rule changes. You know what I mean like certain maximum allowed percentage bets, etc.
3) Always feeling like I’m not getting a fair game even if I am, because you really just never know for sure one way or the other.
4) Let’s say I win and try to cash out, I have to reconsider my playing style during the session and hope I didn’t give them grounds for accusations of advantage playing styles while playing slots and have my cash out denied.
5) I also have to hope I didn’t by mistake wage 10 cents on one of the not allowed games which would void all my winnings.
6) Should I get lucky and win and although my docs were in order 6 months ago when I had my last cash-out, I have to worry if I used another deposit form during that time that wasn’t on file yet, and in a day or two be advised it’s time to get involved with the back and forth doc bullshit again. You know, send it again can’t read it, try faxing, or my favorite take a picture holding your doc next to your face.
7) If I was real lucky like Pulver and was playing at an accredited casino (Lock) and finally after all the deposits they took from me won 20k, the disappointment I have to deal with after finding out they decided to go rogue just then.
8) No hot woman constantly bringing me whatever it is I want while I’m playing.
9) If I get hungry I only can eat what’s in the kitchen. I can’t take a simple elevator ride to a 5 star restaurant.

These are all off the top of my head without any serious thought. I’m sure I could keep going but would be interested in other opinions.

Anything else you would like to add??

Regarding #2, I'll give Rivals credit for upfront terms and conditions. No hunting on various web pages for the small print.

I could probably list about 100 but just a few off the top of my head...

1) Having live chat ask me what my username and email address is after I just entered that info when I initiated the chat.

2) The ability to reverse a withdrawal.

3) Automated responses from support reps.

4) Casinos that have their accounting/withdrawal/approval department work 20 hour work weeks.

5) Wondering if im playing slotjack or blackjack.

6) Confirming my details at every casino within the same group of casinos.

7) Not having the cash in my hand right after I win.

I'll focus on Rival live chat since that is my biggest complaint. Funeral979 already said a few of my gripes.

1. Live chat that is unresponsive. Having to wait 3-4 minutes with a generic statement of Thank You For Your Patience popping up pisses me off. Who said I'm being patient?:what:

2. Live chat and saying hello. Why is it that some CS reps will only respond when you type HELLO? So irritating.

3. Live chat that is clearly helping a number of other people. I've asked how many other people the rep is assisting and am always told I'm the only one. Lies.

4. Live chat mantra. Ask for clarification of an issue and they repeat the same thing over and over until I have to tell them to answer my question without repeating themselves.

One of my biggest gripes, besides all the great ones listed here, goes mainly towards casinos such as RTG, that keeps your withdrawal in a position of if you want to play again you "Must", reverse or find another casino.

This to me is a rogue tactic that should be abolished. When a player wins at a B&M, they make the decision to walk away with money in hand and are not forced to keep playing your way to the exit door only to end up leaving empty handed.

I think it should seriously be looked at for accrediting that all casinos, should have a max reverse in place, such as 1/4 of the players withdrawal and the rest should be blocked from reversing. A players weakness should not be preyed upon.

This in my opnion would show the casinos actually do care about their players and do want them to be happy and coming back.

The forced reversing that RTG has in place is why it was the first software I stopped depositing with.

Good to hear that you are playing again, this might indicate that you are going to be more active with your posting again. :)

I have chosen the best comments from you and the add some.

8) No hot woman constantly bringing me whatever it is I want while I’m playing.

This is always a disturbing issue, not only when I play online.:D

I am so fed up with this stupid issue. And when I already know that the stupid b*tch or sc*mb*g is going to ask for it I write it all before they ask. Still the questions come.

6) Confirming my details at every casino within the same group of casinos.

Bad casino practise, I hate it.

My own list of annoying things:

1) All kinds of stalling tactics which mainly tries to make the player reverse withdrawals or forgetting about the money: Unneccesary docs, reverse times of 24h etc.

2) All predatory tactics which mainly tries to make the player reverse or play the money away:
Reverse bonuses, high minimum withdrawal amount compared to minimum deposit amount. If I deposit 20$, I want to be able to withdraw 50$, not a minimum of 100$.

3) Bonuses which are called promotions when they infact often are made to give the Casino a much bigger advantage than the house edge.

This is not a good sign for the industry. Now we have US players saying that the B & M experience is better than the online one. In earlier years, it was the opposite, with many US players marvelling at the convenience of online play, as opposed to the need to travel many miles to play at a B & M establishment.

Here in the UK I can compare online to the "fruit machines". FORTUNATELY for online casinos, the fruit machine industry have "lost the plot" since around 1996, creating a poor version of the casino (70% slots, no skill involved, compulsory high stakes of 50p and £1). There ARE signs that the fruit machine industry are fighting back. 25p stakes are back, a nice even multiple of a £1 coin, unlike the silly 30p and 35p stakes they had a while back. Now they just need to get some element of skill back into some of the features, and end the practice where you either win up to £5 at best, even on a £1 stake, or hit the Jackpot. I could be lured back to playing mostly fruit machines, getting out & about, fresh air, and "going for a walk in the car":D

Rival's current version of reversible withdrawals has to be the worst of the worst. Supposedly it's to make things faster but still shows reversible to the player with no obvious change made after requesting the withdrawal be flushed. The rep will tell you it's flushed but it still just sits there sometimes longer than 24 hours.

Very strange change to implement...

Yesterday I find this email from Ruby Royal in my spam, so I send it over to my outlook express.

Dear firstname,

Your username is: xxxxxxxxx

We would like to invite you back in to experience the new Ruby Royal with 25 credits free... on the house..

We've just added 25 credits, no deposit required to your account.

Login to your account now, visit the cashier to claim.

See you at the games,

The Ruby Royal Team

So I figure, what the heck, free $25 to play on, might get lucky. I install Ruby Royal back on my computer, which takes a few minutes, login, go to my cashier and nothings there, not even a bonus for the free $25 to click on and claim.

I contact live support, waiting a few more minutes for someone to respond, state my question about getting this email offer for $25 to come back and try them again.

First thing the cs asks, may I have your user name and email address!!!! As the rest of you have said, this information is put in the chat before chat begins.

Between responses I am sitting on long waits. Then cs gets back to me and asks me when I got the email, I replied today, then wait for a response.

Then he comes back and asks for the header of the email. At this point I was ticked and responded, "never mind, this is just to much to deal with at this time".

I closed the chat, ignoring the survey, as it would not have been glowing, closed the casino and uninstalled it once again.

If casinos are going to send out these offers, they should at least make sure they are in the clients account before making this claim. Then they should not expect the customer to give evidence of their stupid free chips. I will not jump through hoops for a lousy $25!

So cs obviously is oblivious to your chat login info, oblivious to it's casinos offerings and the customer is expected to drag the dead carcass of their offering into live chat to prove they sent it. Way to go!!! You will miss me for a lot longer now!!!

Well for me it has be to those casinos that will not flush withdraws. Played stacks at fortune Lounge casinos until they changed the rules a few months back where they do NOT flush withdraws and they do NOT process withraws over weekends. It was easy for me - didnt deposit there again. Same with Redflush - dont flush - no deposits from me and a few others besides.

Also Rivals support for the most part. Funny joke to me when I dabbled at a few Rivals ... you click live support from the casino your playing at and they ask "which casino is your question about" sorry but dont have time for that. Suppose as a EU based player we have much more choice than USA players but still if i am gracing a casino with my hard earn £$ and I stick to the casinos terms n cons then I expect - no demand - they stick to mine.

Aint played in a B&M joint for a few years now but at least when you won it was easy ... walk to cash desk - hand over chips - be given cash. I actually cant wait for US Gaming to come back online and kick the bollocks out of the scammers. RTG and Rival sadly having the biggest share of offendors ;)

Hiya: For me, it is, Inaccurate or Incomplete Deposit/Withdraw Information. The Banking section at some On Line Casinos need a lot of added information. To many players end up having issues on withdrawing winnings because of Banking Restrictions, "THAT WERE NOT LISTED IN THE BANKING SECTION", of the casino?
There are only so many ways to get money into/out of a Casino, so there is NO excuse not to have any Restrictions for the different type of withdraws listed at the Casino Site.

This is in my Top Ten....DO NOT MAKE ME A VIP IF YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE AWAY ALL PERKS:eek2:...Rival is THE WORST. You get lucky and cashout and then play, and play and then after enough (according to the Rival Gods) you are a VIP. Okay....no more free chips, no bonuses other than 20 and 30 percent no nothing. At least at a B & M if I win a jackpot I could get lucky and get T-shirt:p AND they are not rude when they are counting out the cash:D

Rival bonus rounds: You are betting, say, $1 per spin on Wacky Wedding; you get the bonus round, and win between $20 and $40. Fine. You win a bit more, up your bets to $10. You get the bonus round again - and win between $75 and $100. GMAFB.

What the fuck is wrong with Rival support??? Where else can you get this kind of crap? Don't want to deal with questions....they just hang up:mad:

qbert5: 15 minutes ago there was a 30 free chip in my account and a 1200% bonus in my account...why did they both just disappear?

Ray: May I have your Login name and email address please?

qbert5: didnt I just give you that information?

Ray: We must verify these.

qbert5: there are many customers who are really annoyed with this

qbert5: whenever I start live chat it asks me my email address and login

qbert5: why does support always ask this again?
