Ongoing processing problems @ Jackpot Capital - Promised payment date = No money

Jackpot Capital and Slotastic have officially removed the ACH feature for withdraws. Had a small payout for Slotastic and w/d $250 via ACH yesterday. Got the following e-mail this morning:

Dear Christine,
Thank you for your patience as you await your payout via Wire.

Please be advised that due to unforeseen circumstances we are currently unable to offer Wire Transfer payouts.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and advise that you choose another payout method e.g. Courier Check.

We have credited your winnings back to your casino account. Please contact us when you have requested your payout via another method, to ensure to process your payout as soon as possible.

Should you require any further information or assistance, please feel free to contact us at the below-mentioned telephone numbers and/or e-mail address.

So I went to use the courier option and received the message that I have to wait a week to attempt another check issued. I had a cashout processed via check last Thursday that was pending forever due to the ACH issue. Of course I played it back. Grrrrr.

Wonder if all US players will be notified that this payout feature is no longer available? The only reason I found out was because I had a w/d pending. Not anymore!

On a seperate note I am awaiting a CW check from last week and now have had another pending w/d since Nov. 12th. Guess that will be on a weekly basis too. Their ACH issue is still up in the air. Was told maybe next week.

As of now-I am going on an online gaming hiatus until after the holidays.

They need to bring up their max Money Gram weekly limit to around $2350, instead of $850. That still flies under the radar. Bodog has no problem with this, so why should Slotastic have a problem with it?

This thread was started during a transition period between 2 different processors. Whilst we try our best to ensure that customers weren't affected, some unfortunately were. We have however, gotten their payouts to them nonetheless.

Our wires are working fine. If anyone has issues with payouts or any casino problems, they are welcome to contact me directly for assistance.
