I don't see what they could realy tell you, or anyone, if the question was brought to them.

I think it could only be one or two of 3 reasons, two of which kind of mentioned in this thread.

1.That they did it intentionally, knowing that people will get caught out when continuing with the winnings gained on the same slot, a restricted slot, and are intent on bending anyone over for doing so. (By saying betat don't allow you to use bonus funds on games not eligable - i assume you mean that betat has a system in place preventing bonus funds being used on exluded games, where the game doesn't even allow you to even spin at all if using bonus funds.. which if so, means the players butt hole is safe from intrusion)

2. someone was not using his brain while creating the promo, (possibly due to new staff) and not on the ball when it comes to making sure it won't cause problems with regards to ceartin restrictions on games.

3. Maybe they don't get anywhere near as much play on doa since (i think) first reducing the game to a 50% wagering contribution and since down to 0%, and are trying to bring people back to it.


Safe to say that as the casino is betat, id doubt its no.1 even if you could accidently spin on an exluded game while using bonus funds which would violate the t&c's, but maybe a mix of 2 & 3.
