Disgusting

I mean, its more in your face than all the "oh, please play responsibly during covid, login and set your limits"
Ive received those kind of mails from sites ive not used in years.
End goal of them both are the same, one is just open about it.

Tho the "you will win" part is very weird.
Are they even allowed to advertise like that?

Maybe @Rs.Kingbilly can confirm that their marketing email is telling folk they can't lose and everyone will be free rolled?

And possibly what possessed their marketing team to think that email is a good idea?

Dear Pinnit2014,

I am aware that the campaign was stopped on the site quite long time ago after some negative feedback from affiliates. I will need to double check the reason why it was renewed in our mailer campaigns and make sure it is not sent anymore.

Regards,
Ruslan

It should never have been sent in the first place. It certainly shouldn't have been sent to me on email addresses that have only ever been used to register with mansion group casinos.
I think I deleted them but will post them in the BFF thread next time I get any. If you want to become accredited then spamming isn't the way to do so.

Dear Colin,

We don't do any spam campaigns at King Billy and never use 3rd party database. If you got an email from Us, then it means that you once registered at our project and ticked that you allow Us to send you some exclusive offers.

Regards,
Ruslan

If I have them still I will check properly, but they were yesterday, they were exactly the same as posted above and all three were sent to emails only ever used to register at mansion group casinos.
I don't know if they were from you directly or an affiliate but will find out and let you know.

I will appreciate if you can provide Us more details. Some of our affiliates might use our content, ofc, and target a certain audience from their database. I have to stress here that we never use 3rd party data.

If you're licensed in Curacao you can do this yes :)

I think the last offer we had sent out was to give free spins on an exclusive game we got. Since the UKGC came with covid measures we stopped sending promotions in general.

That's the difference in jurisdiction / company decision makings.

I've just checked and I deleted them unfortunately, I didn't actually realise there was a rep here. It's not the first time I have had spam to those email addresses so will keep an eye out for any more and let you know :)

If I choose to claim the 'reward' it actually carries over to the deposit screen, I can click on the terms and conditions of the 'bonus' too. (Or I can elect to say 'No thanks' to my bonus of zero up to a maximum of zero.)

In an alternate reality I'd ask live support if there was supposed to be any sort of bonus offer on my account at the moment and if so was there a mechanism whereby I could find out what it is and how to claim it, but my last experience with Rizk's support left me fearing for own sanity so I think I'll just let this one pass.

Let's see how long they will last on the market. A few decent wins over 100k from frauds and the system is sure to be changed once and for all.
That's assuming a dodgy Curacao licensed casino, like they probably are, would actually pay out in the first place.

Exactly, they can 100% use their own judgement who they think is ok to pay and who not, without having to listen ADR:s or regulator (think once again Curacao said to get better in player rights next year but start to be bit repetitive message).
