One Spin Casino - Still haven't paid out

Morning all,

I'm relatively new to the world of online casinos. I signed up to one spin casino several weeks ago and managed a win, they processed my documents and then on the 18th Oct approved my withdrawal after being in pending for a few days and was advised it would take up to 5 business days via bank transfer to receive the money. I still haven't received the money, and it's now been 7 business days.
I contacted them yesterday via live chat, and they basically said although the withdrawal was approved they are waiting for the finance team to pay out??? This seems a ridiculous amount of time? After looking into this casino it appears they are quite suspect, which being very new to this I was quite naive and didn't really look at/research before. But I'm now quite worried about even receiving my money at all. Has anyone else had any experience with this casino?

Thanks

Im sorry, but looks like this site is a rogue one. I tried to check what licence they had and as the screenshot show, they have none or dont wanna tell.

The page is ran by a company located in bulgaria.

There are so many regulated and licensed casinos in the UK, how do you end up here is what I'm wondering?

Situated in Bulgaria but 0.0 license information - it doesn't feel right.

According to the Pogg its related to game tech group:

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Think you can forget about being paid.

I have a feeling that ads inside Google apps or on Facebook may be the reason for people finding those pages.
Terrible shame that some companies show ads for any companies, without any ethics.

Thanks for looking into this, I guess it doesn't look good then!

It was advertised on a link from google, it offered the best bonus with a 400% match which is why I went with it. Guess it was too good to be true

Nordog pointed this site out to me:

Outdated URL (Invalid). casino1club. com/?lang=en[/URL]

And there you have the jurisdiction information in the footer. So it is game tech for sure, 1668/Jaz license

Even interesting that they make that information available through an image, so you cant really google it :)

Sorry to say mate, but I think you won't receive a dime.

Your posts are delayed I think, they all just appeared to me.

The only thing you should do when you chase an offer:

Scroll down to the bottom of the casino, check if there is a logo stating: Gambling Commission. Click on the logo. There verify if the company details match with the terms and if the license is active. If no logo, look for this kind of text:

is licensed and regulated by the British Gambling Commission under licence number: (xxx xxxxx R-xxxxx xxx).

Click on the number between brackets and you should hit a page like this:

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

And now you are safe to register.

There is a list here of recommended casinos, if you sign up to those if anything should happen atleast you can get help.
Personally i recommended any of the casinos thats under jans profile for new people, as ive seen him walk the extra mile for customers a few times.
