I have been thinking about the online casino industry in general when I have read several posts here, and advertisements for casino sites on internet.

For the first, we as customers can only affect the casino industry by where we decide to spend our money. For this purpose forums like Casino Meister are vital for us to use, like any customers service.

And those companies ( in this case online casinos ) survive only in competition of their customers choise. How/if they will survive lies in the gamblers power .We are the people who invest our own money. They have no business without us!

For now, the casinos compete with bonuses. And in most cases it is on their favour and not really for our best. (Especially if they close accounts and call people bonus abusers.) I mean, it is their own choice how to attract gamblers.

I think that if online casinos really were bound to compete on the customers behalf, they would decrease the time between withrawal requests and when you have your money in your account.( For example I play at a casino that pays my winnings within 1 hour to my Neteller account. I decide to go there just because of that.)

I think that if online casinos bothered/dared to be more transparent in their business, they could have forums enclosed to the casino activity, where players actually can meet. That is one way to give us the power, and clear the mist and mysticism of the business.
I don't know how it works in general, but here in Sweden, we have Bingo Sites that have chats enclosed so you acutally can "speak" with other players.

That would clear questions like: if there really is someone who actually wins the random jackpot and so on...

If one casino starts with this, and attracts gamblers, the others will follow, in the name of competition.

Despite what the casinosites say about the benefit to play in our own home, and we don't have to spend money on drinks, tips, and don't have to dress up, and so on, in any case you know that when you hit a win, the slot machine will actually pay out in the very moment. You don't have to worry about not being paid. You can also speak with your fellow gamblers.

So, I hope that all our efforts, that Casino Meister has started, will in the end
make us stronger as customers, and we can ask for our demands with power.

Casinos always have "the house edge" to lean on, and they earn their 1- 4 %,(except the first investment when they start up), so they are just handling our money and make a profit of it. Without gamblers, they wouldn't survive.
Compare to landbased casinos they also have less employees. They don't have any slotmanagers, waitresses, and so on.
I think they can afford a tough match of competition for the gamblers best.

Kind Regards
