My understanding is theyve just added a card and withdrew straight to new card.

Which you can do if all your current closed loops are clear which is maybe what happened?

I have two methods on VS once they are all clear there would be nothing stopping me adding a new card and withdrawing to it, but this was the same for other accounts not just VS. I did it on sky and paddy before.

For the average user i would expect the closed loop to be rarely complete as you need to be in a net profit on your deposits to be in that position. So in theory it was a rare ish position maybe dunno.

But hasnt this been addressed by mr wild and methods put in place to reduce this issue, I think we been told as much as we're going to be about what happened, not sure there is any more value in banging on about it over and over?
