Novomatic Slots?

I'm addicted to Novomatic slots! :D

Columbus, Book of Ra and Sharky are my favourite :)

I know 'em inside out LOL. I'm the same as Viktar...especially in land-based LOL. Depends what you like - high variance or low?

Hmmm...I'm a bit like you Simmo!....I don't mind high variance as long as the possibility of a monster hit is there :)

Oh, and where is the best place to play them?

Mybet don't allow Aussies (well not bonuses at least) and I'm not sure where to find them otherwise.

The problem with Novo casinos like Star Games is that the payouts are excrutiatingly slow. Quasar are aslo a bit too slow but not as bad as Star. For UK and some Europeans there are more choices but for Aussies I'm not sure. I'm just in the process of getting country-aceptance lists from the Novo casinos as it happens but the data won't be here til next week at the earliest. MyBet are the worst as they only accept about 3 countries LOL. They will crop up at more casinos over time but for now there are year-long exclusive licences in place so choice is limited.

Book Of Ra Deluxe, Dolphins Pearl, Lucky lady's Charm and Katana are easily my favourites. Katana is very high variance. The thing about Novo slots is a) their bonus features are very innovative (Playtech started copying the expanding scatter thing from Novo) and b) it's very hard to get the bonus features but when you do, they can retrigger like crazy sometimes as more scatters are added to the reels in most cases. I had 150 spins on Dolphins pearl the other day for 600x (you get 15 initially).

For high variance players they are scarily addictive LOL. Think 'Great Blue' for an idea of variance.

I know a lot of people that play sizzling hot and sizzling hot deluxe in land-based casinos.

They seem to play for hours without redepositing....but when I try to do the same thing online I'm usually down to 0 in no time.

I wouldn't mind seeing hellboy or any other MG slot for that matter in a landbased casino (preferably with a touchscreen instead of buttons).

Hey Simmo,

We were chatting about this the other day.

Can you provide more info? What's the best payout time and best Casino currently hosting Novo games? Are they safe to play?

Nate

Grosvenor or Blue Square Games would be my picks Nate. No reverse time, fast cashouts and the best Novo games. Some casinos have more Novo games choice but aren't as good operators or are slow to cash out.

I know that Sky Vegas has got Book of Ra delux, I loved playing this at my local bingo until they changed machines again

You can try it out on demo on Sky Vegas, it's a 9 line slot game.

That's the "Classic" version: they also have the 10 line Deluxe version now too (same RTP on both now although the Classic was a whole 2% better when it was released there originally). Sky only have 4 Novo games (5 if you include the Astra subsiduary "Reel King" in fact) but it's a very good place to play.

I see you've added a link in your signature, much obliged  thanks :)

Is Grosvenor Casino trustworthy, have you played here Simmo?

My sig's a "dynamic" sig. I'm a programmer by trade so I enjoy trying fancy stuff LOL. The standard sig contains the 2 links but it changes in a few threads around the forum (like this one) depending on the subject. In this case it detected the thread was about Novomatic and altered it accordingly :)

As for Grosvenor: yes very. It is the online casino of the land-based Grosvenor Casinos who are owned by Rank who, in turn, run Blue Square and the Mecca (Bingo) brands. I have played there regularly over the years and they are my first choice for Novo games.

Yes I've noticed your sig before, but I didn't know that it changes accordingly when it detects the software mentioned in the thread, lol you learn something new everyday :) thanks for letting me know this Simmo:)

I must give Grosvenor a whirl, I was inquiring about this casino as I've never heard of it before:thumbsup:

my girlfriend and myself love novomatics. recently found 2 casino's of which we had never heared:

doxxbet and ovocasino

both need verification before you can start playing (better safe then sorry i guess) and both i deposited and won about 10x deposit.

what is nice about them is that a bonus, like welcome/2nd dep, isnt combined with deposit, but you get it when you lose or withdraw your deposit(winnings)

Hmmm, do any other CM members know anything about these casinos? I did a very fast google search, couldn't find much - but I've been looking for novomatic casinos for a while!

Wondering whether to register at OVO or not.

They offer a 100% bonus, 50x bonus amount (so pretty standard 25x d+b)

I prefer Book of Ra. But these Novo slots do not really pay; it´s like RTG: you can get a massive hit or lost it all (a lot).

Best regards

Victor Chandler Spinroom has a few and yes the accept Canadians.

I used to play Victor Cahndler...up until about a month ago, when games there now have pop-ups saying 'we're sorry but this game is prohibited in your jurisdiction'

I just logged in and played a few spins on Ra, it wont let me lay IGT games but no problem with Novomatic.
