Not sure how to start a thread but I need some advice. I hit a jp and cashed out $7500.00 January 10, 2013. The casino will only do $2500.00 max per withdrawal, so I withdrew 3x. They approved the first one in 10 business days and then another 10 business days to send to the prcoessor - they just sent it to the processor today. Now, after I get the check i have to wait another 10 business days to approve the 2nd withdrawal, then 10 more business days to the processor. I was told I couldn't use bonuses anymore because I won...LOL they deemed me a professional...basically stripped me of my VIP status and everything. Then my 'former' VIP manager told me tonight that my remaining withdrawals are NOT considered high priority because of my reduced status at the casino. I told him that wasn't fair and they should payout in the order they got into queue. So, in closing, does anyone still have the contact infomation for Cindy at gaming wages...I won the money per their terms & conditions and should be paid accordingly. At this rate, I'll finish being paid off sometime in April as long as I continue to call & give 'gentle reminders'...thanx so much!!!!

barbz043 , are you sure you won at Sloto'Cash as our limit is $2000 per week and our vip manager would not say that your cashout is lower priority and if they did they would no longer be our vip manager (please confirm)

No, I did not win at your casino but the one I did win at is an rtg casino. I have never been paid in a timely manner from this casino. I don't want to mention the name for fear I may not get paid at all. The only reason I replied to the post is because I do not know how to start a new thread....so sorry for the misunderstanding!

Welcome to the forum, Barb... If you wish to start a new thread here in the Online Casinos section, go HERE which takes you to the front page of this section. Look to the left, and there is a button... Post New Thread. Click that and you're off!

Hi everyone, I've split barbz stuff off into its own thread, for obvious reasons.

Welcome to the forum! :)

First, you might have some space between sentences here and there. Second, please choose casinos from the Link Outdated / Removed at Casinomeister when you play.

You are dealing with people from the rogue section of Casinomeister. Their top priority is to recieve money, not to pay players in timely manner.

Then my 'former' VIP manager told me tonight that my remaining withdrawals are NOT considered high priority because of my reduced status at the casino.

A VIP at rogue casinos usually means that they will offer you huge deals, just as long as you are not winning. If you win (big), they will see you as a less worth creature and you should be happy if you recieve your money at all.

I will not simply give you contact info to rogues open at this forum, but if you google "cindy gamblingwages" you fill find what you want. :)

As others have already said - you should think yourself lucky if you get paid at all.
The Virtual Group of casinos set the standard for Rogue behaviour and have been at it for over 10 years now; they know EXACTLY what they are doing... :(

Even though they are rogued, isn't this the group that is supposed to be working with Brian if any issues do come up? I remember reading somewhere that one of the rogue groups have contacted him and they came to some type of agreement that he would help with some issues. Maybe I am wrong but I thought it was the Virtual group.

I just can't seem to find the old thread. Does anyone know?

This is what Bryan wrote in feb last year:

At Casinomeister, we've had a long standing policy to not accept any complaints via the PAB service for casinos listed in our Rogue Section. The Virtual Casino Group has been in and out of the rogue pit for over a decade - and their present status is "in the pit." Max and I spoke at length with Amit, and we agreed to accept PABs for the Virtual Group - but only to be forwarded to Amit.

I'd say "fear not". Send me your PAB and we'll take things from there. If it is indeed Virtual -- sorry if I've missed where that was determined -- then yes, I'll pass the case on to them. But we're keeping an eye on those cases so it's not like it just gets tossed into a hole and forgotten.

Sorry....I'm confused....is this an update??? :D

FYI people....the casino involved is a V1rtual property...ROGUE as ROGUE can get.

It is quite likely Barb is actually being paid due to the publicity. No offence to you at all Barb...you're just trying to get your money, and I'm happy for you that some of it has arrived.

PLEASE don't go back!!!!!

Stick to accredited casinos and you won't have these issues :)

Hi Nifty...

I have never mentioned the name of the casino for fear I wouldn't get paid at all. The Casino is not on the Rogue list. I was giving them until this week before I sent a P<A<B to Bryan. I haven't been back since they pulled my status and bonuses because I got lucky and hit a jackpot. I will not mention the name of the casino until I have been paid in full. The reason I joined Casinomeister was to find out info on this particular casino but there is none here.

Thank you for wishing me good luck in getting the rest of my money1

So this is not the casino discussed here regarding the $7500?

Is this not gambling wages?

Yes Nifty, this is the same casino...however; I never mentioned the name. I do know it's an RTG casino. If you can figure it out then you are a genius:) I really prefer not to call out the exact name because I want to finish getting my money...and why ISN'T it on the Rogue list

Awww Lawd...I feel like a fool now. I looked at the Rougue Section and it's listed. I take it gambling wages is their processor...I just thought Cindy took care of everyone's problems with withdrawals. Apologies Gang:(

Rogue groups open up new casinos all the time to fleece a whole new batch of suckers, and to attempt (usually successfully) to re-fleece past suckers.

Did you check the rogue list for the actual GROUP/OWNER as well as the actual name? If gambling wages is not there, it should be.

It is very difficult to keep up with new casino names, but if you get the ownership info from the website and look for it here you will almost always find a link to a rogue group if there is one.

@barbz043: for the record it's good forum practice to keep material related to a particular issue together in a single thread. That way people reading your posts get the full story and not just a fragment of it. As you'll see I've merged your two threads since they were directly related.

Gambling Wages is the affiliate arm (marketing) of the Virtual Casino Group properties - you wont find Gambling Wages on the rogue list.
It's an easy mistake to make.

I've just got my fingers crossed for you, that you are one of the lucky ones and get ALL your money relatively hassle-free, and that you also realise there are much more reputable casinos to play at than these thieves.

You do realise that we've only had one new issue regarding Virtual properties in the past year, yes? In this business old dogs can learn. That's not an endorsement but it is something worth keeping in mind.

Yep they can and on an animal theme elephants live long and have long memories- this one remembers virtual (and the then manager Ted) pulling the we have changed way back in the heyday of WOL- From recollection they did indeed stay relatively clean for about 9 months and then once players were feeling comfy they reverted to form- Not saying they would but I think I would have to have the managers personal address and home phone number as well as funds in escrow before I would play any more than a few dollars there.
