Whine and Moan Not a complaint against Guts, but against myself--- bummed out

Well, I mucked up. I failed to read bonus terms thoroughly, at least recently.

On a $100 deposit, with a $40 bonus, I was at $350 and around $500 in wagering left. I got playing Devil's Delight, a game I don't play much at all any more, even though it was a favourite years ago.

I played quite a while staying close to even, and then got booted for a time notification. Went straight into suck mode (I try to avoid the tin hats, they don't really suit me). But after quite a few dollars lost and no further progress or bonus rounds, I checked remaining wagering.

Still the same.

Went and read the t&c's, then bonus rules. Contacted chat. I'd still missed it, even when looking for it.

The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages of Scrooge, Devil's Delight, Champion of the Track, Robin Hood, The Wish Master, Castle Builder and Tower Quest can result in the winnings from the final bonus round voided.

It was not "purely" for that, first I've played that game in ages anywhere. Does not actually say wagering is not allowed. But it would bum me out more to lose more money then hit the bonus and have it voided.

I do play Wishmaster from time to time, I'll avoid that in the future.

Even us veterans need to keep reading the rules. I don't think it's new, I'd merely forgotten it. It was section 20 of 22, and I missed it even when looking before contacting chat. Christian couldn't have been nicer or more polite telling me.

I managed to go from "I should win" to "I hope I win".

caveat emptor. I'm a little ashamed also, since I'm the one always spouting read the T&C's.

That T&C is only there to stop people from taking advantage of the "saving" feature on those kinds of games.
I'm assuming you didn't that that Jasmine so you should be fine.

I think they can make that T&C clearer to people because I don't think they can enforce that T&C at Guts because it is too vague.

Reading your post again, you might want to double check this with Guts before you continue because their T&C says nothing (from I can see) about these slots counting for 0% of the WR. All your bets on those slots should have counted towards the WR.

Like Petro say, it should have counted for wagering, and you should have been able to collect a win too.

I've never avoided to play a game at Guts just for the reason I know they have fair rules. Please have another talk with them because something must have gone wrong with that wagering.
No need to try and get hold of the reps though. It can take weeks before they read your pm.

There may be hope for you yet

There is a major technical issue at the moment at Guts, which I hope they are looking into first thing this morning.

I will try and keep it brief lol, I deposited also Saturday (£25) and took the Birthday 6 Code (25%) thus taking on roughly £210 WR.

Played CFTBL and Egg O Matic (Lots and I mean LOTS of Egg spins) - Played over 2 hours according 2 RG pop ups. (the genuine Netent pop up, which are usually quite accurate)

Decide then to check WR, Imagine my shock when I see, wagered £14(ish) remaining £180(ish)

Reported it to support and they say nowt they can do (at that time) and forwarded to relevant people.

Decided to keep playing (but set myself a 'stop at' limit so I did not lose the lot) luckily my luck held and I kept the balance fairly level (On Immortal of all slots!)

Retired to bed and started again Sunday (back on IR) CHecked wagering and it was now reflecting correctly (although the previous days wagering had still NOT counted)

My summary was that all Netent games were not coming off WR, reported again to support yesterday and they say I was not the only one to report and it was a big issue which needed sorting.

Hopefully they are on the case today! - In my case I completed the WR (and about £200 extra) on MG slots and managed to withdraw.

Hope they sort it today and also knock £200 WR off my next successful deposit!

I played some Egg o matic today, it didn't count. Played a couple of Netent games that did count however, so it's not ALL Netent.

Contacted support and Ola told me to send an email to teamleaders. I've did that asking them to look at my play. I think I've probably completed wagering by now if all my play counts.

As Petro said, nowhere does it say your wagering on the game won't count.

Yes wasn't totally sure but Elsebeth did confirm (during 1st visit to chat) she could see well over £100 of wagering that had not come off total.

Feeling a bit put out at the moment here to be honest as I deposit 2-3 times a week @ Guts yet despite 2 visits to chat still no contact from them to me.

Would approach my good friend Yits over this one, however I think he has been abducted by Aliens!

All wagering was reset - these games were indeed restricted due to a spate of dodgy account using the known bonus loopholes (jasmine didn't do this, I must stress). We've reset it back as we want to implement it later with a pop-up alert upon login so seasoned players can know about it instantaneously.

Support refunded a few players affected, but anyone who hasn't been PM me - the aliens have delivered me back to this green earth.

You should know me by now, I am 90% a 'good boy' but do have the odd 'dolly out the pram' moment.

Hopefully you saw my post as information and a little moan, it was by no means a poke at Guts, your my most played casino AYK.

Anyway my luck held (On Immortal Romance of all slots ) and I was able to do the excess £200 WR whilst holding onto my balance.

I contacted team leaders, about a day later they got back to me telling me that my wagering had been counted correctly, and I wrote back immediately to say I wasn't crazy, it had not. They did not respond further. Frustrated with an account that had an active bonus, I just went ahead and completed the wagering.

Same as what I did, but I still can't help thinking if I had lost the entire balance trying (to complete extra/needless WR) how I would have felt as a 2-3 times a week depositor and no contact after not one but 2 visits to chat.
