I deposited last month and they gave me a bonus. I asked them to remove the bonus because I found out it had all kinds of rules and restrictions attached to it. They said that if they remove the bonus then I would lose my REAL MONEY DEPOSIT too which sounded crazy to me.

Anyway, I was out of town for awhile so left the situation sitting because I didn't have time to deal with this nonsense. Then when I get back, I log into my account and my whole balance is gone before I even tried to play. They said that the bonus expired and that my real money deposit expired too which sounds even crazier.

The whole thing is just really dumb if you ask me.

All I wanted them to do was let me play with my deposit with no bonus or if that’s so hard cause of their crazy pages of rules then just return my deposit

Sorry, misunderstanding. I DID enter the code to get the bonus but I did not realize all the restrictions so I just asked them to remove the bonus.

I think the CS need them translated too, they seem to think they provide for the confiscation of deposits where the bonus is not wagered within 15 days.

This kind of thing damns the whole of Everymatrix, not just one of their skins, as it looks like a string of white labels.

Although a single incident, it makes me wary of ALL Everymatrix skins in the same way that I avoid Rival and Playtech. I will be less wary if this turns out to be a "one off", and there are no other similar complaints about Everymatrix skins.
