Resolved Nordicbet blocked my account and doesnt want pay my winnings.

    Hello. I have another problem with casino from BML casino group. Now i have proofs.
    Nordicbet blocked my account and doesnt want pay me my winnings for over 4100€. I made deposit and i play in casino & live casino without bonuses.
    They wrote me that i make mistake in my details. They tell this after i sent my documents.
    After they requested verification they makes specially difficulties with upload documents during verification process. I uploaded all needed documents. After that the wrote me that i have do it again but they blocked documents upload tap. I see message "under review" despite they wrote me that i have to do it again. I have to upload my ID to utility bill section after many claims that i can't do this in ID section cause i dont see it. After this they told me that my account is blocked and winnings+deposit are confiscated.
    I asked in livechat and they confirmed that is there account with these details so i didnt make mistake in my details.

    I think answer is easy they dont want pay big wins . I have accounts in Betsson (since 7years) and in Betsafe (at least 5 years) on the same details. Im there fully verfied. I make a lot of withdraws/deposits in Betsafe and in Betsson and i have no problems. Now i stopped play in BML casino group, unsubscribed from all messages. I will not play there anymore if i will not receive my winnings cause i think they will not pay if i will win something big. In one of Betsson promotions i won game one PS4 which i still have in my room. This is way i like (maybe liked) play in BML casino group.

    I asked what i done wrong. They send me:
    "8.2 We can suspend or close your account for any breach or suspected breach of this Agreement or other valid reason. Upon closure of Your Account, the full balance in Your Account will be paid to you unless there is a reason for such funds to be withheld."
    With this point they can confiscate withdraw if they wanted.

    It is posibble to withdraw from there? I can sent all proofs to BML represent.
    I have history of my games, conversations with support, my documents.

    Im not sure if there is another nordicbet rep here but this one is dormant as the rep hasnt posted in over a year or logged in for that matter. Its also the link listed on their rep page in the accredited list so that either needs to be changed or the admin needs to tell them to come around a bit:D

Which means Max (who is in charge of the process and will handle it) will look into your problem and contact the casino to find out if the cause is legit or not.

    But what with Betsson group rep? He is active. He watched my profile yesterday after i watched him/her profile.
    Nordicbet is in Betsson group. I thought that "Betsson gruop" means all casinos from Betsson Malta Limited group not only Betsson casino.

    Can anyone have contact with Betsson Group rep? I waiting more than month for my money. I really need to withdraw money before 14th of july. After this time Neteller will cease operate in my country. I sent 2 pm's to rep but betsson group was online only one day in june :eek2:
