Noble Casino refusing to pay, saying I broke max bet when I did not

I've had problems posting in the forum and I've been speaking to various legal advisors which is why its taken me so long to post this. Ive been advised to see whether anyone else has had this issue and then to start legal action.

On 25 February 2016 I deposited with Noble and received their £100 new customer bonus, I checked their terms when I signed up and the max bet was £20. I got an email shortly after my withdrawal saying they wouldn't pay out because I had broken the max bet rule (I bet £9). They gave me a link to the current terms that were in place (at the time of their email) but they must have changed their terms AFTER I deposited. They're trying to implement their terms retrospectively but I should be bound by the terms that were in place on the date I signed up. I emailed them twice asking them to tell me the date the terms changed but they've ignored my emails.

I've used an internet archive website and found that on 24 Feb (the day before I deposited) their max bet was £20 (a screenshot of their terms is attached). Looking on the internet archive website (

in case anyone wants to check) the next 'snapshot' they have of the site is 3 March at which date the terms had changed (screenshots attached). I'm certain that the max bet was £20 when I signed up. I deposited at 11.20AM so this means that they are claiming that the terms changed between midnight of 24 Feb and 11.20am of 25 Feb.

Has anyone else had this issue with Noble trying to retrospectively implement their terms? Can anyone help or give me some advice? Hopefully ive provided all of the information you need but if theres anything else please ask.

Noble Casino (along with the rest of their group casinos) are rogued at CM: https://www.casinomeister.com/rogue-casinos/

Based on experience with other complaints I have dealt with at the group, you will be banging your head against a brick wall as they always have an excuse to pay sizable wins.

Out of interest, how much are you requesting as a withdrawal?

You mean NOT to pay sizeable wins? :D ;)

As Nicola says, and as sad as it is, it's highly unlikely you will get paid. Casinos in the Rogue pit have zero business ethics, no care for customers, and will remove, void and refuse winnings with and without the slightest bit of evidence of any wrongdoing by the player.

Don't give up the fight though (stranger things have happened), but just be prepared to be let down. And once the dust has settled on this, and if you feel like playing again, choose a casino from this list:

Link Outdated / Removed

And you won't go wrong.

Good luck, I really hope you get some satisfaction.

With all due respect, I think you need to learn how to take screenshots of the PAGE only (like below).
People with old eyes like me have no chance of reading any of the text in your versions!
Contact me for lessons! :p

Also, can you give the URL (page address) where you saw the max bet?
I can't find it mentioned anywhere in the bonus or general terms.
In the Bonus Terms below it does NOT say the max bet is €6.25...
