Look at the user ratings too. Presumably the list you were looking at is a combination or just user rating. They only have 8.6 user rating which is quite a bit lower than other casinos. Even PlayOjo beat them

They were also one of my go to casinos. Till they started this crap with needing reverified several times. Withdrawals needing chased up. The Rep that still never replied to questions and doesn't even bother coming here.
But works out best thing ever as i started using an account at VS i had not used since opening it years before which Dan checked and was still okay. Apart from bookies sites VS now gets most deposits as why waste time with places like Guts that don't give a toss.

I used them pretty much exclusively for 5 years; then my bonuses were cut off. Their prerogative, however, no rhyme, no reason and not even a courtesy email (cuz, yanno, fuck glowing recommendations, sending people their way, and loyalty)
With VS (and a few others) now - my deposit/withdraw ratio thanks me muchly

I was a player at Guts too for a time in 2014-15 if I recall, did quite well, CS experience was great, however endless tech issues at RIZK (sister site) and quite poor cs, and absolutely no ticket follow through ended it for me when I tried them again this year. They do not seem like the same casino at all.

I think you guys are confusing the Top Rated Casinos to the Certified Casinos - these are two different things. Top Rated are from the ratings - we have a mathematical forumula used for the Casinomeister rating, and the Certified Casinos are those to include our seal of accreditation. More information can be found here:
Videoslots does not have this seal. They have discussed this in the past, but it never went forward. It's a shame that more casinos don't take advantage of this, because it's pretty difficult to become accredited here, and it means a lot comparatively speaking.
