no response from vegas 7

I joined vegas 7 a few weeks ago (have other casino accounts no problems). I never received any emails from them in response to mine. I didnt even get a welcome email. There is nothing wrong with my email account. I emailed them 4 times over 2 weeks ( I was inquiring about a $350 withdrawal) and emailed them thru the casino with no response at all. I logged in yesterday to see if there was a reply in my casino mail and I was locked out!!
I called the support number to see what was going on (I did not abuse any bonuses and had deposited about $400 over 2 weeks). In very broken english I was told I was a high risk player. I was told by her that the support staff had emailed me several times. (did not receive a one) I could not resolve issue with her.
Anyway, today I logged back into casino and I was not locked anymore but still no response thru casino mail or my email. Needless to say I am leary of vegas 7 and would not feel comfortable depositing any more money when I get no support. Been 11 days since requesting withdrawal. It is posted in casino transaction history at casino but that is only info I have.

Sounds like they are afraid of the kind of "action" you present to them...JMO

What I meant was, they may see you as too big of a risk taker. eg: You win some of their money and then you bet big or it could be the games you are playing there and your bet size and how fast you play putting them at risk of you being a big winner...could be a lot of reasons, bad thing about it though is the fact that you will probably never know for sure as they are real reluctant to give out that kind of info...:rolleyes:

I see what you are saying but not applicable to this situation. I deposited money, played 25 cents at a video slot (Harveys), won $625 on a free spin. (5 Harvey cards x 25) Played it down and cashed out at $350. This was after several other deposits with no wins. Anyway, thanks for your response. Still dont know why I cant get any communication from them.

I really am puzzled that so many are having problems with MiniVegas and especially Vegas 7. I read Max's post y-day and he said the party he was trying to communicate with for MiniVegas was not responding. I will cease my play there (although I only played at Vegas7 a few times this month) until Max gets some kind of resolution for better or worse as the uncertainty and posted complaints give me no desire to currently patronize Vegas 7. That said, I have never had a problem with Vegas 7 and as I posted this attachment in another thread in the spirit of giving those who have legitimate complaints and are not being paid some hope (as some posters have speculated financial problems) as I did receive the withdrawal below in the last 35 days. Not sure what has gone wrong with MiniVegas in such a short time span but no more deposits from me until Max says all is good to go (or not good to go)....I hope it works out for all!

Hell Nash...they paid you most of their money there, have to give them a little time to build back up their reserves...:lolup::lolup::lolup:

LOL but not true ...other than a period after Frist's midnight ride when they were slow paying due to processor problems they claimed and a problem they had iirc not responding with CM (leading them to the Pit until they were again accredited a few months back) Vegas 7 has been reliable.....I hope another long time casino has not fallen off the good ship!

Yea I know what you mean man. I had a $48,000.00 cash out from their sister property Vegas Joker back a couple of years ago when I could still use my Neteller Card and they paid me $2,000.00 per business day everyday until it was all paid up...I thought that was purdy good service, but it's been awhile since I've played there now...

I realize it will take time as I am a US player and according to the post(1-20-08) in my transactions at casino, a check is being sent(hopefully). I am more concerned with the fact that I have not heard a peep out of them from the beginning. Like I said, I never received a welcome email or any response to my emails from my casino account or my own email, and the fact that I was locked out then not locked out without a single message from them. Yea do that, the Rep here is usually purdy fast about getting back in touch, or that's been my experience with him anyway.

For as long as I could remember, I don't think I have seen any Microgaming casinos went sour yet. But then again, I could be wrong. Lets hope that this is actually not going to be the first MG casino to go bust or to go bad.

Hope they will pay up or at least respond soon.

Thank you for taking the time to help a Vegas 7 Member.

I know that my colleague Max has taken care of this issue as I've been away, I apologise for my absence and in now way this reflects a lack of willingness from the MiniVegas group to solve our customer's issues.

As I was not contacted directly from the customer on here, I urge you all to mail me whenever you would like for me to check in your cases directly, as this will result in a much faster and hassle free solution for all.

I trust this issue was solved, if otherwise please don't hesitate to contact me directly.

As far as I can tell the rep is trying to track down and address these outstanding Minivegas issues (see above).

Has the OP, lindaj, followed through on this?
