No Cardpay?(US PLayer's Dumped Again)

PAID! PAID! PAID!

Well they finally saw the code that I sent? I tell you that waiting thru 3 attempt's at getting paid thru my Circle acct. and bitcoin was a long 2 week's? But I did not touch it and stood my ground and got paid!

Weird I did not get the processed e-mail until I went into the casino to see if my WD had been done? And I logged out and went to Circle acct. and there it was MORE than the $2400.00 is being sent to me? It has to be the conversion from bitcoin to dollar's? I will take it thou?

We will call it cost of waiting?Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

That is great news!

Very true rockycatt.

The fact is we meaning those of us that have been affected by the loss of cardpay. Must have a viable alternative that we can rely on.
It appear's that bitcoin may be that alternative? I just successfully managed a deposit from my bitcoin wallet to a casino. No problem Circle has a security part that requires that any sending of fund's must be confirmed 4 time's so the deposit took about 20 minute's?

I can live with that and I did not open the acct. for deposit's. So for the time being bitcoin will do the job for my WD's at the casino's that offer this option. Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

Hi weesie,

We had a bank holiday over here yesterday so I'm catching up right now. Going to contact processor asap and check if there is any news. Hopefully the card option will be back this week.

Kind Regards,
Karolina

Hi Karolina, any word? Enquiring minds want to know... :)

Hi Karolina, any word? Enquiring minds want to know... :)

Hi All,

I'm afraid that do not have much more news. This may take another couple of days from what I can see.

At the mean time we decided to take the CC option from cashier section and made some changes for customers to use alternative options.

If any of you will experience issues please PM me and I will try my best.

I know that this is far from ideal however we are trying our best while waiting.

Kind Regards,
Karolina

Latest Update!

Got this e-mail this am and it speak's for itself. It appear's that cardpay is still missing?

Hello

I hope you are well.

We can see that you currently have a pending withdrawal via the Credit / Debit Card option and unfortunately this is still currently down for maintenance.

We are unsure as to when this will be available as we are still awaiting updates from the processors. Please be assured that this option will be available again once the processors have completed their maintenance.

I understand this is a massive inconvenience however we will do our best to help you receive your funds by an alternative option. You will now see you have the following options available in the cashiers section:

· Bank Transfer. Direct deposit to bank account minimum of $200 and maximum of $5000 with a $25 fee. Time taken to arrive is 5 working days.

· Courier Check. Check sent out via FedEx minimum of $200 and maximum of $2500 with a $25 fee for all check regardless of the amount. Time taken to arrive is 5 working days. Please ensure if you request this to a credit union bank that they will accept a Canadian check issued in USD.

If you have below the $200 minimum amount you may wish to leave this on your balance until the option becomes available or combine this will another withdrawal in one of our other brands however please let us know then we can combine these for you. You will need to enter the cashiers section on your account and re-request the card withdrawal via an alternative option.

I sincerely apologize for the upset and inconvenience this may have caused.

If you have any further question or need any further assistance, please get in contact.

Kind Regards

Not any real info except to say try another option or in my case WAIT! Boy, do I wish there was a bigger win here? But $150.00 is still a win

I have been paid by the other casino's that paid via bitcoin. Still have a new one for $250.00 that was just requested via bitcoin? It appear's to be helping me with the non-cwc site's? I will post the minute I hear anything about the cardpay option. Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

I'd be surprised if it comes back at all Shewoff. Just getting that feeling.

Yourself, Rockycatt, Deanna and a few others have posted some great info on Bitcoin - enough that I'll give that a go when I get around to it, so thanks guys and gals). :)

As far as CWG, I've made a few smaller deposits here and there, despite swearing I wouldn't, realizing that at this point, my i-gaming is winding down - this whole thing has just worn me out. I'm on a losing jag anyway and if I do happen to win, I'll just pay the damn 25.00 for a check.

Once again, thanks for the bitcoin info folks.

Got caught in this mess with Aladdins Gold today. Won't be playing CWG until it's straightened out. Was ready to withdraw $500 but the 2 options were no go for me and ended up blowing it all back.

I don't know if it's still the case but Inetbet sent me checks drawn on USA banks last year. I'm going to give them a shot.

ps...I had some great screenies to post too but what's the sense if you can't get the money.

No such luck cpdnd31. But I think I may have heard some rumbling's?

So I guess we will wait and see for now I still have winning's tied up in this whole cardpay thing?

horseplayer ya gotta stick by your gun's with the money? And as far as I know CWC is offering the option's left over like wire transfer and a check with a min. fee of $25.00 until this missing cardpay option is either reloaded and available or it goes the way of other option's we have lost in the past.

It's kinda looking bad at the moment I mean it is almost 3 week's now?
Come on RTG get it together? Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

Well Bitcoin may not be the answer

Tried to add a credit card today to my bitcoin account. Kept telling me I had wrong account information for the card, even though I had the card right in front of me and everything was right. So I stop that and tried to add money via another card that was already added previously. This transaction was marked pending for further withdrawal and I would receive an email within 2 hours. Got that email, said it failed. Go into account later in the day to just do a debit card money in, and it appears I may be shut down...

We need to check a few things.

We need to take some additional time to review your account. We're sorry for the delay. You will receive an email from Circle when your account is ready. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

We'll see how this turns out.:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Very strange shannyls? It is a security oriented wallet and I had to wait to get my Debit card approved and my bank acct. But I had no real problem's?

I know that CC are viewed a bit cloudy for these bunch? They are the only thing they charge to use.
And I have not added my CC yet and may not? It is not that important to use my CC I can handle the cash thru my bank.

Sorry to hear of the problem I have my finger's crossed for you thou?Losing them as a WD option would hurt me right now! Best Of Luck! Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

Longer wait? It appear's that the cardpay system MAY be back up in another 10 to 14 day's?

Fresh from the CS at a cwc casino this am?And I was informed that bitcoin is coming to CWC casino's? It will be a few week's and nothing is written in stone? But it may bail some of us out of this mystery RTG update?

I wish the new's was better folk's? But we are just out here, waiting to get some help? I at least am glad that there are some player's getting the winning's from the other option's.

Only time will tell? Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

Another 10-14 days. Wowza. Why do I feel like it's just something to say to keep everyone "happy". I haven't deposited at CWC in a few weeks now, nor High Noon. Until something gets resolved I don't see the point since I played back the last $600 I'd won. I miss playing but am sticking to my guns for now. If I don't know how I'm getting it out I'm not putting it in :)
Thanks for the update.

UPDATE - Turns out, I just needed to jump thru a few more hoops to verify my identity.

Bank Wire is a viable choice at this time. I had a nice win over the weekend. Karolina was kind enough to work with me on Monday to choose the best option for cashing out. Request for wire transfer was processed on Tuesday, money in my account Thursday. The fee from the casino was $25 and $20 or so from my bank. While it might be a bit pricy for smaller wins, I was quite happy with the results. Kudos to Karolina!

Well bank wire is out of the question for me since I use a credit union and they do not have "swift" codes.

Still hanging on to the hope that "card pay" will be back.

Haven't played at any of them since this mess started.

Check with Karolina to make sure. I did not have a "swift" code and was still able to do the transaction. Granted, my bank is not a credit union, so there may be a big difference there.

MyDogMick glad you had a nice win

Wire transfer's have always been a good way to get your winning's. But I have run into a lot of problem's with some of the casino's that state that they do not do WT's to my state?

And true as you said the smaller win's will just have to wait? As my win in one of the CWC site's that is a chip win and it can't be redeemed for any more than 10X the chip size.

weesie you are in a different spot than most? Credit Union's can be a bit spikey when it come's to WT's and that lead's to possible problem's that would be a real problem if they said we don't like to do this kind of biz. Bank's and other financial institution's know what is going on? They prefer to ignore it in some instance's. I think?

Hang on thou we will see the end of this little mystery thru till the end. If the casino's come back with the option will no longer be available. Then I will allow the pain from the loss of player's? MHO?

I will try the CS again this week-end and get back to a update here. Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

$45 is too much. I have no doubt that Karolina was stellar in getting your claim processed but they won't see a nickle from me as long as withdrawal fees are that high.

Yeah, Karolina is great, but now I notice that where the check option was free for over 750.00, it has changed to a flat rate of 25.00 regardless. Other RTG's have pulled similar stunts.

Shouldn't somebody be making folks aware of these kinds of changes, instead of us just "noticing" them?

But, as I constantly harp, read the entire T&C's for any given casino. What they boil down to is that any casino can make any changes to anything at any time without notifying players and all decisions are final. It leaves them wiggle room, but none for us.

Also, to be reduced to where we are throwing out kudos for the privilege of being charged 45 bucks for a WD is ludicrous.

I do have to give a bit of kudos to K.K. (member/aff) On his site he has a banner right up front cautioning players to check WD options before they deposit. At least HE is upfront about this mess.

K.K. :

There are a number of reasons I can only use the cardpay option for my 2 pending withdrawals. Going through a bit of withdrawals now not playing. It sucks but I'm saving some money...lol (I'd rather be playing). I also have a lot of spare time to do stuff around the house (I'd rather be playing). Every day it gets easier but (I'd rather be playing). So the wait continues (I'D RATHER BE PLAYING).

You make a valid point. rockydyke. And if not playing is the answer then I admire your fortitude.
Try a new casino that is not CWC?

And the reason's why you need cardpay to get your winning's is important to you and us. If it is the reason we are here trying to find an answer?

Unfortunately it appear's that the casino's hold NO sway over this RTG update? They are apparently being held off by this problem also. And the same old answer is all that I can get from the CWC CS?

And on top of it, they say now that the bitcoin option is NOW not happening.

On the other hand I was told that the cashier was trying to help with as many as they could handle and give each player the shot at maybe finding another alternative? I was told the standard "They will get back in 2 business day's" so it is as good as it get's for me. I'm stuck But I don't miss the money and I'am prepared to wait till the cow's come home.

Sorry the new's can't be better folk's. But if I keep trying then I will get the answer we deserve when and if it happen's? I have been playing at new casino's thou and winning at them is still getting paid. Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

Bitcoin should not be causing any of these problems. The issue seems to be the chosen Bitcoin wallet (Circle). The main thing that causes problems for Bitcoin users is converting between Bitcoin and fiat currency. With sufficient Bitcoin in the right wallet (even your own on a flash drive), and casinos accepting Bitcoin for both deposits and withdrawals, there should be few problems.

Usually when "maintenance" of something this critical takes 3 weeks and counting, it is not "maintenance", but maintenance being used as a cover story for a more serious issue. For US customers, "maintenance" that takes several weeks has often lead to a loss of money that they may have managed to retrieve had they been told the truth up front and acted on it quickly enough.

If CWC are dragging their feet because they believe that this cardpay "maintenance" is a temporary thing, they could end up at a significant competitive disadvantage if it turns out to be the usual for US players and this "maintenance" eventually turns out to be that the option had been permanently killed, such as a critical part in the chain having been shut down by the authorities - as was the case with the lengthy "maintenance" of EWX.

If players keep their gambling money in Bitcoin, and refrain from conversion to and from fiat currency, it will be very difficult for authorities to throw spanners in the works. So far, authorities have gone after the exchanges that convert between Bitcoin and fiat currency, and those sites that sell illegal goods for Bitcoin (which requires the site or it's operators to be under their jurisdiction).

Bitcoin transactions are very hard to track and shut down because they are peer to peer, and don't go via banks or other financial institutions.

We seem to have reached the point at which players are ceasing to deposit due to a fear that cardpay will never come back, coupled with there being no suitable alternative should they win.

British players are beginning to suffer transaction blocking at casinos that do not hold a UK license, yet accept UK players and are reasonably reputable. Bitcoin may well be the solution here too for those UK players fed up with the crippled clients due to RG reguations, and want to use the full range of features such as autoplay, quickspin, etc without RG crippling getting in the way.

Always great to hear from you, vinyl

My own issue's with Bitcoin and the casino's seem's to be under control as I have had no issue's with the last couple of WD's that I was paid thru my wallet. And I agree I keep my playing money in my wallet and use it only in the bitcoin.

I do convert to put money into my bank acct. But I try to only do that 1 time a week?

If only we could get the truth behind this missing option? I have tried and tried to get some kind of reading out of my CS chat's? But it is always a lengthy process ending in a ?.

I play at about 20 different site's and about half do not have Bitcoin as a alternative for WD. This may be the stigma behind the bitcoin origin's and the rap of terrorist connection's and drug money laundering? I have seen very little to back these alleged crime's in any book or new's report?

It just appear's to me sometimes that we player's are fighting the same demon's on either side of the pond? That demon being the what I prefer to call the Righteous Right! Or the people who think they should run our society because they have the "RIGHT WAY"?
There is no place for these self righteous a--hole's in gaming or any thing else as far as I 'am concerned? But that is another story all together.

As always good to hear from you vinyl. And your comment's have merit that show's thru in your thread's and post.:notworthy

I was very sad to hear that the CWC site's would not be having Bitcoin as a alternative? This is in complete difference to what they said last week-end? I have begun to think that we are not getting the whole story here? Only time will tell thou? Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff
