NineCasino Withdraw Issues

Please tag the NineCasino rep. This is ridiculous, I tried withdrawing in September after apparently being fully verified. Of course after 20 deposits I try to make withdrawal only for them to continue to cancel it over and over again despite me sending them the proper documents. Stopped playing there. Then CM allowed them to join with a representative so tried playing again. Now tried to withdraw again and every single peice of documentation I provide they keep disapproving it almost automatically. I uploaded new back and front of my license, selfie with id, bank statements with proof of deposit, Interac receipts , pictures of back and front of bank card. All continuing to get denied this is A JOKE!

Will the @NineCasino Rep step up and see that a serious injustice is being operated for now the 2nd time upon me.

The twisted part is I tried posting that September withdrawal to the forum as a new meister minion… the cash out time thread failed as NineCasino continued to deny all documents and after 4 days led to me playing out my funds..

Literally submitted Canada Tax Documents , Letters From My Bank In Mail, T4 Documents, Employment Paystubs , Credit Collection Notices , Reciepts from Dominos , Superstore . ALL WITH THE EXAXT SAME ADDRESS AS THE ONE I HAVE ON FILE !?!! Am I crazy or is this casino fucking with me ?
 
I really feel for you.

Getting verified should not be a difficult process. Two documents are all a company needs to be KYC compliant. Proof of address - a utility bill less than three months old, and the second to prove your identity - a passport or driving licence.

It's mind-blowing hearing these stories and even more mind-blowing to imagine the licencing organisations don't know the way their casinos are operating. They are using the regulations to stall and frustrate players in the hope they reverse the withdrawal.

Stay patient, unfortunately, there is no other way.
 
My account was previously all verified including my MuchBetter screenshot and I had done multiple withdrawals. I requested a withdrawal last night and i'm being asked for MuchBetter again. Confused as to why. Sent it again hoping that's all I need to do and it's strange that I have to do this again. @PaigeChilli

edit: my screenshot was not accepted. They want a screenshot with my name, account number, email, postal address. They say i cant be verified without this information which means its IMPOSSIBLE to get verified as the only screenshot i can provide contains my name, email and postal address...no account number. They then asked that i do this through my web browser but you can't login via the web browser. This sounds like they don't want to give me my withdrawal at all.

@PaigeChilli I have same problem, since last Monday evrithing was perfect I could withdraw funds. Last Monday I wanted to request a withdrawal from ninecasino, didn't worked I waited I've been contacted to try again. I'm keep trying 2 times a day to withdraw and i don't get any answer back just withdraw been declined by the system. I tried all the withdraw methods. I keep waiting my account been verified basically I did evrithing and the agents keep telling I will be contacted by the payment department I have been contacted I told them and still they saying to wait but wait for what? Its symple payment declined 50 times. Don't worry keep waiting. That's same answer what I get and no solution I MENTION BEFORE WHEN WAS WORKING I been asked for swift/bic + IBan now I'm asked for only iban. Also skrill didn't worked nettler or crypto. like 1000s of other casinos they not legal, but you can still play from UK
 
I believe this casino is licensed in curaçao and therefore not subject to UK regulations.
Imagine that. A casino operating from a tax Haven is not bound by UK regulations.

Almost like there's a reason why most online casinos operate from these places.
 
Please help I’m a verified player from nine casino won many times and deposited thousands no issues , recently won 20k and now being asked to verify myself again which I have but getting no where with documents iv already sent , some one please help life changing money
 
Don't ever used this site they don't pay out and asked for so much information regarding a withdrawal or refund. THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE PLAYERS FROM THE UK. AS THEY DONT OBEY BUT UK RULES AND REGULATIONS I WAS TOLD BY GAMBLING COMMISSION.I am awaiting a refund due to them not obeying to UK regulations promised me a refund now want all my personal information. And I'm not reassured I would get the money. They refused to comment on questions about their policies. Live chat are unhelpful. Be mindful when depositing because you won't get winnings and they take deposits through different companies which is dodgy. This is a scam I believe so don't be fooled by the advertisement.

Hello! Having issues withdrawing funds. Did the while process but never sent the email verification so I can't withdraw
 
Unfortunately the rep hasn't been seen in 18 months, perhaps @maxd or one of the staff can verify if the account is still linked to the business or if the review / account tags need updating. While they're not accredited here, it's not helpful for players to be firing requests into a black hole.

Until recently, they operated in a grey area - it was legal for them to accept players (because they are based in Curacao) but they are not licensed by the UKGC. Of course, if something goes wrong you'll be on your own because they're not based in the UK, so there's little regulatory or legal recourse available.

With the revamped Curacao licensing incoming - that grey area will be removed, as their own license forbids accepting UK and USA players - which is why a number of those licensees are moving to even less regulated locations like Anjouan or Costa Rica. The high seas are about to get a lot murkier...
 
Chargebacks/Disputes are mostly approved by all banks and most certainly by Visa/Mastercard as these websites are operating illegally and criminally, under UK law they should not be taking funds from citizens say in the UK. You could also question if the gaming software they use is also licensed by software developers. If dodgy online casinos who have no licence refuse to pay out winnings, ignore emails or you feel games are not operating properly give your bank a call or go to the banking app/online and commence a chargeback for all deposits.

Because you're dealing with effectively criminals they won't respond and many will be happy allow a forced refund to take place, if they fail to respond within 20 working days your bank will force those refunds through. They are unable to provide any licence papers or defend themselves because they're acting illegally. If however these websites treat you well, pay out winnings, respond within a good time and the games play how they should do not take advantage..
 
Firstly, this thread is more than two years old.

Secondly, that's a very hazy view of the reality:
  • Historically (as the rules are currently changing) Curacao casinos operated legally in a grey area - it was legal for them to offer services, it was legal for UK players to play there. They are unlikely to be subject to UK law if they have no footprint in this country - despite the ongoing mumblings of the UKGC and others.
  • You are forgetting there are two sides to this transaction, and if you've used a one-time password (e.g. 3D Secure) then the liability has probably shifted from the casino to your bank. Since the liability shift, banks have understandably wised up on this and are more likely to push back - so customers should be especially careful of not saying or doing something that could also be considered payment fraud.
    • "I do not recognise the transaction" - this would probably be a lie, and the bank can dispute this with 3DS evidence.
    • "I played at a casino that I've learned is not regulated in this country" - this would be true, and the bank will be able to identify the merchant code masking (which is forbidden in VISA/MC terms and conditions), however the bank still has discretion here because you willingly performed the transaction.
