AROUND 13.5K NOT BEEN RETURNED TO ME.
MONEY WON FAIR AND SQUARE NOT BEEN GIVEN A EXPLANATION AS TO WHY?! BUT THEY WOULDN'T I GUESS AS THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY

It was a reference to the fact that it is typically seniors that write in ALL CAPS, the younger generations tend to realise that writing in this way is merely 'venting' or 'shouting' and doesn't typically get you anywhere.

@john277 you are very new to the forum and using your first few posts to scream about Fraud, whether right or wrong, just isn't the best way to get started IMHO.

The first thing to note is that Ninewin or 192ninewin (seems to be the same thing) are licensed in Curacao, not exactly the high bar of regulation. If you are based in the UK then you have chosen to gamble at an online casino outside of the Gambling Commission's reach.

Unsurprisingly, I could not find a rep for ninewin registered at Casinomeister, so that closes that option for now.

My recommendation is that you consider submitting a PAB. The knowledgable and well-networked team at Casinomeister will do their best to reach out to ninewin to try and help you resolve your issue. You will have to back off discussing your issue during this period. There are other rules too, that you will need to follow.

So, the ball is in your court. I hope you get your issue resolved.

I think as new a member as you rightly addressed maybe you should concentrate and what my issue is, instead of how I address it.
I'm pretty sure as a new member I'm forgiven for voicing my anger in caps for being scammed.
I am aware it gets me no where and I am also very aware that the casino is not based on the UK.
Please don't treat me like am idiot, next time don't bother replying if I offend you with my caps.

Just to mention the OP has already posted to this thread from July where another player was stiffed for a six figure amount. Nothing has really changed in the past couple of months so the warnings and concerns raised there still apply here.

Regarding the PAB, if you've already submitted one then you should be aware that you shouldn't be talking about it on the forums until the PAB has concluded. So you probably want to decide now whether you want to proceed with the PAB, or shout at clouds on the forums...

Not that they've shown much willingness to comply anyway, so I fear there's another "no can do" coming in the near future...

It's a long standing rule we have in order to maintain leverage with any casino in question. Once the PAB has been resolved one way or another, then you are free to post at your heart's content.

If you haven't submitted a PAB, no worries. Say what you will. It is only during the period that we are officially dealing with your complaint that we ask you not to be posting about it. That's all.

As I think has pretty much been made clear the answer is “no”. Angry or not your use of ALLCAPS should be severely restricted, please and thank you.

AFAICT they are the same thing. Typical Ninewin dirty tricks by the way, last week they were Ninewin65 or somesuch nonsense. At this point I’m personally aware of a variety of cases against them where the total they owe players — whose complaints they are diligently dodging — is getting pretty close to €1M. I reckon it’s cheaper to come up with another silly URL variation than it is to pay their debts.

My point was that I have already been made aware!
From my point of view your comment was not necessary it was clear I got the message.

FYI see Ninewin is not paying its players, refuses to resolve complaints . “Magic” will likely be in short supply.
