Nice trick from betsedge for haloween

I can't believe some casinos can do that. New softswiss place. Direx nv liscense. Every.bonus offer is always 40× wager. It's stated in terms unless otherwise specified.

I receive a 99% bonus up to 999$ which is already not worth it at 40x but I decided to give them a 20 EUR treat for haloween.

Well Emma made sure to confirm there is no mistake and told me that I cant have my money back unless I wager it 3 times. Not happening. As soon as someone will realize the problem I will withdraw it back and close the f out of my account.

@Nordog , promo email mentioned nothing about wagering. of course i ( and also others) though that its 40x as their usual wager req. over 3 hours later i got their promo email, they sent another email that said that they are sorry ( LOL!) and the correct wagering for this halloween bonus is 99x. and i had already lost my total balance at that point.

and even no info given on any point of deposit process.

it sucks and stinks BIG time, doesnt it...

And the only problem here IMO (I'm not discussing their marketing decisions / etc - I'm not in charge on that, it's up to them) - they do not provide this info in the newsletter. I've spoken to them, in future I was promised that all their future newsletters will come with WR in future.

Not very pleasant experience but decent ending imo. So case closed for me.
