Hi, i just write to advise you, if you didn't know already that the new direx n.v. casino "woocasino" accepted the deposits of multiple players using the payment method "ecopayz" and never credited the accounts that shows "pending" and been for 3 days now in my case. After multiple complaints on live chat they removed the payment method but never paid anyone back. Everyone is given the same runaround that they have to "investigate" while the money was taken as ecopayz wallet is instant transfer that shows direx n.v. wallet and reference number and money was credited to them. No free spins, no excuse, no reasons. I've waited through the week-end but obviously it wasn't a week-end factor. No one as been credited or have received a refund.
So you have to avoid woocasino at all cost they are either fraudulent or completly amateurish and have no idea what they are doing and they operate under direx n.v. that didnt address the issue at all so think twice about the whole group.
