new woocasino stole deposits of multiple players

Hi, i just write to advise you, if you didn't know already that the new direx n.v. casino "woocasino" accepted the deposits of multiple players using the payment method "ecopayz" and never credited the accounts that shows "pending" and been for 3 days now in my case. After multiple complaints on live chat they removed the payment method but never paid anyone back. Everyone is given the same runaround that they have to "investigate" while the money was taken as ecopayz wallet is instant transfer that shows direx n.v. wallet and reference number and money was credited to them. No free spins, no excuse, no reasons. I've waited through the week-end but obviously it wasn't a week-end factor. No one as been credited or have received a refund.

So you have to avoid woocasino at all cost they are either fraudulent or completly amateurish and have no idea what they are doing and they operate under direx n.v. that didnt address the issue at all so think twice about the whole group.

They are not big claims as i waited a sufficient delay, gave them a chance, waited over the week-end "in case" the persons in charge were not available (which would be surprising on a casino launch) to then wait over monday what happens which was nothing. I also followed track of different other people i know or the other complaints going around therefor it's justified at this point.

The proof of my pending deposit with ecopayz which never is pending anywhere as it's an instant wallet and doesn't go through verifications likes cryptos or bank transfers. Also at that point the casino had 3-4 days (depending on cases) to react which they didn't. After all that time the casino management should've reacted, they didn't.

Anyway as it's a warning and not a PAB i can warn others and the proof of my payment 3 days ago pending is an indicator good enough for all ecopayz players as they know how it works with casinos. A pending deposit for days on ecopayz is just plain non-existent usually. I'm just here to warn players as i already have a PAB going elsewhere but wanted to reach more people.
 
Still hilarious that you attack me saying i need to back up my claims more than i already did but most likely have not taken any actions whatsoever contacting the group or casino to have informations about it. The casino never need to justify anything but we have to prove everything with DNA tests.
 
Alright in the past few hours i pushed more for this case and just received email my deposit was received and everything is in there. Don't really care if it's because of me or not but it's solved in my case so guess things are fixed now.
