Apuestas makes the switch after only six months with Skill Games Poker Network
The Malta licensed Apuestas Poker site is in the process of switching from the little known Skill Games Poker Network (SGPN) to the 40+ site Microgaming Poker Network this week, after only six months with the SGPN. The reasons for the change have not been made public, but probably relate to the higher player liquidity on the longer established Microgaming network.
The move includes a switch to Microgaming poker software.
SGPN members are TonyG Poker, Oceans Gaming Poker, Naked Poker and Gamesgrid Poker.
With a clear focus on the Spanish market, Apuestas.com says it will take advantage of Microgamings multi-language capabilities, launching in both English and Spanish from the outset.
Players on the poker room will enjoy access to an aggressive tournament schedule and the opportunity to win one of hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of buy-ins to the worlds great land-based tournaments.
