Lose that trust and the casino will have a very hard time gaining it back. Customers will then be very hesitant to deposit in the future. I posted my experience in the hopes that maybe the casino checks the threads and take all our bitching and moaning to heart and resolve to do better in the future. Who knows maybe even get on the accredited list? If only I had a crystal ball, but if that was the case, I would have played the winning lotto numbers last week and I would be sitting on the beach in Maui sipping a cocktail right now!

I agree totally with you and i was feeling the same way until i logged into my email and found an email from Joseph Stone from their lock security department, the email read as follows:

I found this to be very thoughtful and reassuring. I can't see a rogue casino taking the time to do this, and it really made me feel a little more secure about things. I too should see my QT deposit made tomorrow and will update when i do. Hopefully you will get an email like this as well osulle!

i have been posting the cashout procedure.....recvd my $$$ today was probably there last night.. I can conclude this has been one of the easier cashouts i have had...

Judging by your previous posts I see that you opted for bank wire???? The problem was with their QT accounts so that is probably why you got paid a little faster.
 
i know the 3rd party processors are great for quick cashouts...i just have a problem with 3rd parties holding the money ....
 
Received payout from Lock Casino by Fed Ex today. Was processed rather quickly once the security docs were verified.
 
Well, I took my shot there and found it to be the tightest casino I have played in a long, long, time, especially after I got about half thru the WR, then it really went to hell. It left enough impression that I will not be making another deposit there.
 
Just closed my account at lock casino. way too tight. you have to get really very lucky to win here and it's nerve wracking. Also closed account at Winpalace. They're even tighter than Lock casino. The greed is just unbelievable!

One of the only places that i believe is fair right now (both up and down) is casino33. At least they didn't remove the bonus rounds from their games like the two above mentioned casinos.
 
Received my payout this morning just like Joseph said i would, i was so happy! Deposited 25 more in just for kicks, got through WR and withdrew another 250. I guess maybe i'm just having a lucky streak, but they seem very reasonable on the payouts to me. Oh btw, my second payout was within 2 mins after requesting. All i gotta say is i love this place!

C'mon gang....there is NO way you can tell if a casino is 'tight' or if the payout % is lower than others from just one session - or even a few sessions - of play.

It seems some people expect to win every time they deposit, which is never going to happen. In fact, if you can cash out from 1 in 5 or 6 deposits you are doing very well.

As for declaring them 'rogue' because you had a bad session or two.....time to get off the weed methinks.
 
hi all got to say i made more than a few deposits at lock before i had a couple of cashouts i was on the end of banging my head agaisnt a brick wall aswell machines being tight etc etc but after a while it did turn round & support & cashouts are second to none very very fast , also you can ask anything to them & they do try to answer you , unlike a couple of casinos i wont mention . good luck
 
Welcome Elka .. just to inform you than I never lose my money so quickly. I made 3 deposits from 25 .... 0,75 or 0,8 spin .... I never see 3 same pictures in the same time.
Just no chance for me to day ??? maybe!:eek:
 
Swings that hurt sometimes!

Lock is committed to having very healthy return to player % but in such a small sample size (175 in your case) it is not uncommon to see variances; sometimes winning streaks, sometimes losing streaks. It will swing back in your favor as it always does! I hope to see you back with us. :)

I accept to lose, just I like the fun to play and maybe also the dream to win some money.... in this case nothing of both ! .. I play in your casino because I read in the casinomeister site many positive messages about you so I think it's a bad day for me. I agree your invitation to turn back ... when I can
 
I'll never make there any deposit, because this is really very strange!

Deposit $25 with a 100% bonus, so started with $50 and played only 20 cent bets, like always.

Got only one time the free spins on Realm of Riches and won there 93 cent *lol*

After that my money went faster as i can look!

Had not any really fun or anything else!

It is more fun to throw the money out of the window!

This is really not normal, but i know, it's only RANDOM and i had a LOOSING streak *lol* certainly ;)

Btw. the Random Jackpot doesn't grow up, not at least 1 cent at my whole playtime, which is also very ridiculous and never happens to me on any another RTG casino!
 
Lock pays on no-deposit bonuses

I used a $25.00 free chip from Lock and cashed out for $260.00. I thought that the max cashout was $150.00, but I guess I was wrong. :) Anyway, the representatives were very nice and helpful. The best part.........the money was in my usemywallet within 12 hours of my payout request. :notworthy That is the fastest payout I have ever had. I belong to another forum where people have said good things about Lock Casino as well.

I too have become leary of RTG casinos and only deposit at Inetbet, but due to the excellent and honest treatment I received at Lock casino I will be depositing there as well.:cheers:

I also joined lock casino with the 25 no deposit bonus. At 40 cent spins I think i played a total of 10 minutes if that. Never saw scatters or wilds in any game i played. I emailed them closing off my account. They had been kind enough to offer me another go at it. I did decline and closed off the account. For me if right from the start the casino seems to play different then other rtg casinos then I am gone. Even if i did play the free chip and won, I still never would deposit into them as looking back at the stats from the first free chip.

With all due respect, how can you gauge how good a casino is or isn't by, at minimum, 63 spins? Yes, it's your prerogative, but there's been some huge winning SS's posted from this casino, so it's business as usual, nothing strange here....some winners, some losers...all about luck.

My biggest hits were on Realm of Riches and Victory, both a little over 200x my betsize.
Played only at low bets, 0,50 to $1.- per spin, at least I got some playtime for my money, but no spectacular wins.
So for me its business as usual with RTG, nothing ever hits.:(

i truly agree with u..played the bonus nothing played without the bonus nothing..but see many wss on the forums and hear nothing but good things about them and wonderful cs...

i also have said to myself i need to stay away from the wss thread seems to give me false hope

I dont understand the people who play one bonus, and lose it and then complain about the casino being too tight, unfair etc. It is simple, you cannot always win. If you have played 100s or 1000s of bonuses at one casino, then you can say if its tight etc. Just my opinion.
 
I will check out a casino with a big sign up bonus just to see how the reels are turning:D. I decided to play mystic dragon. I usually spread it around but I decided to stick with one slot to see what would happen betting between .50 and 2.50 on a 250.00 bankroll.

I did not like the menu asking everytime you clicked on a game if it's for real or play money..it got quite annoying as I was already in real mode. For right now I think that I will stick with Inetbet. I haven't won there either but I'm comfortable right now.

High Rollers Be careful with Lock!!!

I will say they do have good customer service and do pay, but be careful how you gamble there. If your the occasional low roller who deposits a little to have a good time then sure try lock. If your a high roller, make large deposits and play big do it somewhere else. Stick with someone that has been around for a while...ie inetbet. Do it with someone who gets significant traffice. I have made a number of large deposit highrolling and its crazy how little play you get. I have lots of experience online with RTG's ,and im telling you i have never seen anything like the play i received on 4 seperate deposits. Like i said they do pay and have good customer service, if i was depositing to make a friend, this is the place. Its also makes common sense that newer casinos cant afford to pay out to high rollers.

Because of this annoying pop up between every single game, I unsinstalled it after one session. A player should not have to constantly re-confirm they are playing for real on every single game they move to.

Just open Fruit Frenzy and look for 2 pears together on reel 2:D

what ndb do u have for depositing players...i noticed that u dont have a comp system..and ur ndb is for new players only..what do u have for someone like me who deposits at ur casino to show ur apprication for my business other than bonuses...for someone who is not really that fond of bonuses

i suggest you open account with these casino's and look in first hand at what there business model is and then go one better :thumbs up:

The only posts you will see in this thread are the occasional, "I was unbelievably lucky" and the ,more common, "I have never played slots so tight" , typical RTG or any online slot fare really. It seems we have won or lost the moment we deposit depending on what version of the slots we get and I have no doubt this is different for individual accounts and changes even as we play. It is not just a case of luck unfortunately unless we are referring to the luck of how the Casino decides to treat you.
(Winning on a weighted slot that wants your money requires more than luck)

Winners and losers occur naturally with a slant toward losers obviously given the house edge but there is no such thing as coincidence when it comes to repeating patterns.
Sometimes you get a fair game, very occasionally the odds are actually slanted in your favour (for a limited amount) quite often you are being right Royally screwed. We all know this instinctively though don't we?

Made a $30 deposit here again today, with the 100% cashable bonus, so a $60 bankroll to start with.
Just wanted to play some, bored, so I decided to low roll at minimum bets and just see where it ends.
Wok and Roll, Paydirt, Mayan Queen, Achilles, Coyote Cash, it was bonusround after bonusround, friggin' unreal, lowrolled my balance all the way up to $279, yeehaw! Nothing over 200x bet, but lots of 50-100x.
$700 playthrough left to go.
I really thought my first nice cashout since 7 months on RTG was coming up!
Thought I could grind it out on low bets,lol.
WRONG!
From that point on, only dead spins.
The well known RTG-switch went on 'LOSE'
I know it doesn't exist, but it still went on 'lose'
So after playing back my $279 to $80 I still had over $200 wagering left to go.:eek2:
To save my keyboard and monitor from beeing thrown out of the window, I decided to quit and finish my play later.
This evening I managed to finish the WR and had $70 left to withdraw.
Could have been worse, could have been alot better.
But that upswing followed by such an unbelievable downswing...unreal.:rolleyes:

As far as the RTG goes - typical RTG stuff.

Some days good - some plays bad.

RTG is renowned for this type of play.

I prefer RTG platforms tho - comparatively.
