but as of yesterday they do NOT have the 2 new games Lucky Last and Hockey Hero!

I have been on live chat for almost 30 minutes and they are still checking.

On their website it says 20x rollover on slots and 40x rollover on all table games. When I redeemed the coupon it says playthru is $1500 (30x), and there are no coupon details.

Well I wanted to ask live chat to see if you could play video poker, and they told me its a slots only bonus???

I pointed them to their website.....and still checking......:)

At any rate, I am quite excited about Nicholas' new adventure!

Per the terms on their website table games ARE allowed with a 40x rollover! So far live chat has no clue whatsoever, but I can tell you that all docs and request for payout has to be emailed to [email protected]
 
darn, took the 50 free chip won 45 first spin took 168 spins onmystic no feature no prize. oh well killed a half hour. give them time to get it together and see if i depsoit there.

Should be a good place to play.

Confused on why they opened up a RTG casino when they already have a DGS software casino and a live casino as well.
 
Mostly $0.25 bets, a few $0.40 bets, no bonus rounds, except my very last spin on t-rex and won under $1.....lol...just like all the other RTG's I guess.

In the casino lobby you can't see your balance, the reels get stuck and keep spinning a lot and I did get kicked off once.

Not very impressed, if that was my real $50 I would be pretty pissed.
 
Well i was bored today and signed up and played the free $50.00. I actually had a good time....I played dif. games like Wooden Boy, Aladdin's and a few others and made the playthrough...requirement...I still have the $100.00 in there and the $50.00 below that they keep. I'm hoping for good things because i got turned right off one of my fav. RTG's for waiting over 2 wks. for a wire transfer that should have been there long before that..... It took about 5-6 days just to leave the cashier....That was the second time it happened and for it to be ion the good list here at CM's, it should have been faster. iNet has them out and in my bank within 24 hrs.

Damn, I see that too, only 10x original DEPOSIT max. cashout?!?:eek:
Thats not very competative with other RTG's.
The bonuses are not that big, I can get these at most other RTG's with no max cashout, or at least 2.5 or 3K.

Its like Vegas Regals bonuses, but this is RTG software, a totally different animal.
When you finally get that good run, you dont want to get caught by a max. cashout of 10x deposit..
 
I played the free 50 bucks. It took about 5 hours worth of 1 dollars spins but I finally cleared the WR with 100 dollars exactly left. I don't normally take bonuses so I have no idea how these things work. I was under the impression that once I cleared the 1500 dollars that I could cash out a maximum of 100 dollars. Apparently I get to cash out 50 dollars and 50 of it is in a bonus. I asked Sylvia via live chat if I had a new WR on the 50 bonus but she couldn't answer me. I was told to wait till tomorrow and contact Sam.
 
I tried the 50.00 free play. Went through it in about 20 minutes. Never hit a bonus or free spins..Downloaded quickly, no problems, but no pay either...

Skiny, the $50 free chip is NOT cashable and will be removed from what ever balance you have in your acct. So if your balance was $150 instead of $100 than you would be left with $100 to cashout after they take the $50 back they gave you to play with. So there will be no wagering again of the $50 sitting in the bonus balance, it is just there so that you know it is not withdrawable! If you click on the little red ? it will tell you just that! Hope this helps!

how guys i was playing when i got disconnected from the casino and i have,nt been able to get back on. when i pull the casino up it all messes up. so i downloaded it again and its still messed up. anyone eles having trouble like this? thanks
 
ya i keep getting cannot connect to casino server and to try again later. Haven't even gotten to sign up yet, give it a few and see what happens when i try later.
 
Same here......can't connect...LOL There was one other casino a long time ago that gave a free $50.00 and it pretty much closed before it got started too......A lot of ppl. won and played and they didn't have the funds to pay...Not saying thats the problem here..
 
Well, I tried to log in today and I can't connect to the casino either. I think I just wasted my evening last night on that silly free chip.

Don't put any money in this casino if you do manage to connect.

But I'm not gonna deposit.
They should really change the bonusterms, 10x deposit max. cashout.
Thats so awful.
For Rival I can live with it, altough their max cashouts are usually higher, but RTG has the Random Jackpots!!

I just wont take the risk that I hit one on such a low max cashout.
 
Well, I talk to live help about the lack of withdrawal methods and the 50 of my winnings being stuck in a bonus instead of my balance.

I talked to two different support workers. Neither of them could answer any questions at all. Not even the simple ones. One tried to tell me the casino server was down even though I had the casino running. They both told me they couldn't answer any questions until Sam the manager arrived in an hour.

Then a half hour later it was an hour or so.

Then a half hour later it was "He's not coming in."

Now I'm told by Jon that they are still sorting things out and all will be up and running on Monday. Maybe they shouldn't have had the deposit methods running until then either.

I was also told the full 100 is cashable. Even though it's still split in the cashier into 50 and 50 bonus.

So I will save that conversation as well and contact them again Monday.
 
I have just been in chat with Nicolas Johnson. He will be here tomorrow to update everyone and to express his apologies for the difficulties that everyone has experienced. This is what happened....

The casino is not fully operational at this time. Certain players were sent a ND code to do some testing to get all the kinks worked out. Customer support is being trained this weekend. They are currently working out all the bugs and it should be fully operational by early next week.
 
Well i am giving them a chance...I'd luv to have a new RTG to play. I was really pissed at the crap of service and BS answers to the cashout hold up, the last 2 times at an RTG i've been playing for yrs. I hope they get this sorted out..I did have a good time there....and getting the W/R over was great...
 
I haven't touched the 100 I won Friday night. I want to see how they handle a withdrawal.

LOL..... I can't say the same, i got bored this morning waiting...and man, did it go fast....I am still going to wait and see, but the one thing i didn't like is when you email anybody, theres no reply...Even one this new, should have somebody to answer an email...
 
I know what will happen if I keep playing now. That's why I've ignored it since I cleared the playthrough. Tomorrow I try for that withdrawal.
 
i got the bet 50 and made play through to fifty and was told by a tel call i had to get to 69 inorder to cash out caus they wanted a 19 dollar processing fee big bummer things went completly down like a hang mans trap door i uninstalled them :rolleyes:

Rocky what was the processing fee for?? Were you requesting a check or wire transfer or something special?

ok at first actually i only wanted to have them free the money from any restrictions and not do a withdrawal save time and effort ,[i did the w/r in one session] and was tired :) but they said no you have to with draw it .

i said well ok i was going to ask them to use my e wallet express but before we even got into that i was informed that they want 19.00 to process any transaction :rolleyes: i thought scam not any congrats or anything
i wouldnt put two much hope up for this one :rolleyes:
