I got an email offer today from a new RTG, Aladdins Palace, offering me $50 free -no strings- to try their games, as I was one of a select few VIP (???)

Well I chatted with support amd they seemed very friendly and quite helpful. They said they were not associated with any other casinos ( I was a little worried it might be an old rogue RTG with a facelift)

Anyone heard of these guys yet? Looks all good so far except for REALLY low limits on table games

A huge red flag, imo. "select few" vip?? To try their games? What's so different between them and any other RTG? They know this.

I'm sure they'll be friendly and responsive as can be...until you try and withdraw any winnings.

also: It'd be neat to know how they got your email address in the first place. Any casino, new or not, that spams people just to get customers in the door is a rogue in my book.

The site looks cheap.
There is no mention that they are licenced anywhere!
There is no mention of where they are located!
The about us page is complete B*******
They mention how long it takes for your deposit but NOT YOUR WITHDRAWAL
Statements such as

The reason why we can't refund the entire winning amount to your Credit card is due to the Credit card Company’s limitations, and is out of our control.

Well after further investigation it looks as if Aladdins is part of the Club World group? I usually only play with the Main Street Group, so the site layout of course didn't look familiar to me.

So they are a new addition to the ACCREDITED Club World Group? Odd then that they were sending me spam (not really complaining with the free $50, but I thought this was a no-no with accredited casinos).

I have never played at Club World....how US friendly is this group

There are a few ways to deposit that a player can not do a cashback and i believe this is what moves you to vip player as the casino now has their money without the fear of a cashback.

LOL and i havent a clue. While back if i can recall the name of the casino i will post it also. But they had different levels and like most goes on by deposit.
I only deposited 25 and few days later got a email saying you are a vip member now. So went into live chat and they confirmed it by saying and sending off a email confirming this yes by the means of using instadebit enables you as a vip member as your money is always good with instadebit.

just got off the phone with ian at aladdin palace, who also works at club world, they have decided to grow and have a second casino and from what i was told they are doing very well with the new casino, im cool playing at aladdin's as they are also apart of the club world group and have been outstanding when it comes to taking care of their players the 50.00 promos were sent out by a promotion department, 20 times playthru, 10 times max cashout................to me this is great news, no white lables, no hidden crap here, just a good casino growing and not pulling out of the U.S market....................laurie

Really...So then why all the secrecy to their connection with Aladdin's ?? Why has Club World not come forward and promoted this casino or sent out invitations to their existing player base ?? Why have they not made mention of this new casino on here ??

well maybe someone from club world or aladdins will come on and post and let us know, im just glad they are now a sister casino with club world, maybe they wanted to see how the launch of this casino would go, i dont know, just pleased that its not a rogue casino, isnt that good news in itself?.im starting to see why some of the good reps on here dont post like they used too and its ashame imo, i had asked ian awhile back if the reason club and some of the others were not playing so well was becauce they were getting ready to pull out of the U.S. and i was told NO, that club would never leave its .U.S player base and by adding a new casino only supports that, i have never had one problem with club and now to have another casino, owned by the same people ,does make me happy its a new launch for them, give them a chance to respond.................laurie

I gave it a shot since I got the $50 too. I didnt cash out but my money lasted and I got alot of bonus rounds. Since the WR were 20 times I kind of bet differently so I probably would of lasted longer if I stuck to lower bets. I just didnt care lol. I just wanted to have some fun because it wasnt my money anyway.

The customer service rep was very nice and helpful. I cant tell you how depositing is because I havnt tried yet but so far I have no complaints with the play time or customer service. I guess Ill know when I deposit real money (if i do)
