New RTG casino-Aladdins Palace

I went over and gave it a try awhile ago and noticed that something real screwy is going on with the random jackpots on all the slot games I played...on Goldbeard it would start each time at around $1063 and every time it reached $1072 it would reset back down to $1063 and some of the other ones I played didn't even move the amount up at all...even after I had played on them for 10 minutes or so...:eek2:

Someone needs to look into this purdy fast if they want my money !!

they have a toll free phone number, give them a call and ask questions rob , thats what i have done, maybe you can ask questions that i didnt think of at the time, its just a phone call away.......and you would know more to ask than me and be able to explain it better to us.i guess what im trying to say is you have a better way of getting info and explaining it to where it makes sense, that was a compliment btw:D.....laurie

I thought it was me not looking at the RJ right lol. I have so much on my mind It just went over my head but I did notice Goldbeard going up and down and I also noticed that everyone I played at was under $1500

I've deposited $500 via neteller to test them out. Support requested to call them to verify my account details, which I did.

The answered "club world support" on the number and I quizzed them if they were club world, they said that they are merely a support center which caters to both casinos, i.e they're not clubworld.

I'll report back if I can manage to reach a cashout amount and pass playthrough requirements.

Really...So then why all the secrecy to their connection with Aladdin's ?? Why has Club World not come forward and promoted this casino or sent out invitations to their existing player base ?? ??

Your information with one casino shouldn't be available to another casino, even if it is ran by the same people.

I think you misread/understood Rob.

I think what he was getting at is that when CW opened up "Aladdin's," they should have emailed every player at CW and let them know about their new casino that they were opening, and invite them to join.

But, instead, they are HIDING the fact that CW and Aladdin's are connected. Their response via telephone to ugaboga:

is further damning evidence that they are trying to say that they AREN'T CW. All evidence presented in this thread PROVES that they are connected and ran by the same group.

I stand behind my statements made in this thread, and if the CW rep can come here and prove us wrong (without a shadow of a doubt,) then I'll eat my hat.

Also - Conflicting terms:

Bonus Terms & Conditions

* The deposit and the bonus must be wagered fifteen (15) times before a cashout is permitted
* Wagers on Blackjack, Baccarat, Craps and Video Pokers count half as much, for example a $1 wager on blackjack will only reduce your playthrough by 50c
* There is no maximum cashout from this bonus
* The bonus chips are unredeemable and will be removed from the associated cashout
* These coupons are valid until midnight EST tonight, Monday 6th October

....

14 [of 17 terms]. The first three deposit bonuses claimed at Aladdins Palace Casino are subject to a maximum cash out restriction of $2,000.

Speaking as a webmaster, we'd call that cross-marketing and most webmasters would be very upset if Club World invited all their players to sign-up for a new casino of theirs.

So very true.

You know what's even more shocking?

@Google:

Your search - site:aladdinspalacecasino.com affiliate - did not match any documents.

Why is CW doing this? They're obviously tied into AP, but yet there's no affiliate link on the site?

Not only does this mean they're not offering an affiliate program for AP, this also means that all emails being sent out to people advertising AP are coming directly from CW - IE: Spam.

I don't know what promotion you were quoting the terms from, but the terms for the welcome bonus say:

Bonus Terms & Conditions

* The deposit and the bonus must be wagered fifteen (15) times on Slots and Keno and thirty (30) times on Blackjack and Video Poker before a cashout is permitted
* The deposit and the bonus must be wagered thirty (30) times on Slots only if you redeem the coupon ALADDINS500 before a cashout is permitted
* Players can choose either ALADDINS150 or ALADDINS500, if they use both coupons all bonuses and winnings will be considered void.
* Maximum cashout for our welcome bonus is $2000
* Wagers on Baccarat, Craps, Roulette and Sic Bo, do not count towards this requirement
* The bonus chips are unredeemable and will be removed from the associated cashout

The link to the welcome bonus terms is:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

That's not the same link you gave.

So this does not conflict with the $2000 max cashout on the 1st 3 deposits.

The casino is doing a soft launch right now. And the affiliate program will be up and running in a few weeks.

I'm not sure I understand what's so shocking?

Let's see. What's not to be shocked about?

CW is an accredited group. Fine...

They open a new casino, fine....

...no shock there...

They spam people to get them in to this new casino....

....getting a little shocking...

They lie to people, telling them they're not affiliated with CW.....

....shocked yet?

But yet, other people, as well as myself, have called AP out by proving that they are in fact tied in with CW.....

Pretty shocking!

Now, if the CW rep does come out and reply to this thread, admitting that CW & AP are one in the same, will they have done this because they planned on it, or because they were found out?

Still not shocked? Do you have a pulse? :)

I understand your upset and you probably feel youve been lied to but Laurie made a valid point hon. Maybe they wanted their own announcement because when you look at it. some places open without the grand opening announcement because of last minute glitches (like the RJ being messed up). The thing that has me convinced is this: If they are accredited at CW and this is an affiliate casino (prolly used wrong word) dont you think they would scream from the roof tops admitting it since they have a good reputation?

The other thing is, maybe they dont want so many people playing. I had to lie to ppl about playing Payola when they asked because I sworn to secrecy until after its release. Do you know how bad I felt when people were getting excited and asking all kinds of questions that I had the answer to but couldnt answer? Just take a breather and let things flow OR why dont you just pm Tom? He is a great guy to talk to and I feel he would be honest with you if you asked

I'm just stirring things up to get the TRUTH. :)

As are many others that have posted in this thread. ie: It's not just me ;)

and call me cynical, but it's going to look mighty fishy if Tom comes around and says pretty much what everyone else is saying on this thread....ie: an easy cop-out :)

Hi All,
I am pleased to see that you have noticed the soft launch of the Club World Groups new casino Aladdins Palace Casino.

This casino utilizes the Groups customer services and payment processing along with other functions including fraud prevention, development and retention.

The Website and the Client software is currently live and we have a small marketing spend in place to generate some traffic to help us identify and resolve any problems before the hard launch takes place.

We have made no effort to disguise the connection between Aladdins Palace and ClubWorld. As you have noticed the websites are very similar and both sites list World Gaming NV as the License holder and our Head Office address in Manchester UK. Apart from this, both casinos use the same customer services team with whom most of you know very well.

It would be highly inappropriate for us to email the Club World database as we have no affiliate program in place for Aladdins yet. Apart from this, Aladdins Palace is being treated as a separate entity and so there is no cross selling in either direction between Aladdins Palace and the Groups other brands.

The terms and conditions posted do not conflict as they were pasted from two different places and for two different events. We have also not sent any spam and we have never lied about the connection between the brands.

We always pay out our winners promptly and endeavor to be friendly and responsive throughout this process. We have listed the time taken for each withdrawal method on the cashier page of the website.

If any of you have any further comments or questions please feel free to get in touch.

Kind Regards
Tom

So funeral was telling a fib when he told us that AP's CS told him that they weren't associated with any other casino?

I got an email offer today from a new RTG, Aladdins Palace, offering me $50 free -no strings- to try their games, as I was one of a select few VIP (???)

Well I chatted with support amd they seemed very friendly and quite helpful. They said they were not associated with any other casinos ( I was a little worried it might be an old rogue RTG with a facelift)

Anyone heard of these guys yet? Looks all good so far except for REALLY low limits on table games

Well, to be fair, I suppose if they're launching them as a standalone and not sharing the base etc - they're not 'affiliated' with any other casino's...? I guess in the same way that, whilst Dash Casino is part of the 32RED Group - it's not affiliated with 32RED Casino?

I don't think they should be hung drawn and quartered for what could be either a) An innocent mistake by a CS rep or b) Semantics.

Thanks for the reply Tom.

I just have 2 issues with it:-

1) This is a downright lie:-
The terms and conditions posted do not conflict as they were pasted from two different places and for two different events.
I followed the link WinBig posted this morning (
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
) and it 100% definitely said at the top that there was no cash-out limit on the SUB, and a $2000 limit at the bottom of the same page.
That page has been changed during the course of today.
Don't you dare tell me I'm seeing things, because I know damn well what I saw.
I wish I'd taken a screenshot now - but I didn't :(

Why not just apologise & say the mistake has now been corrected?

2) :-
We have also not sent any spam and we have never lied about the connection between the brands.
So if you have no affiliates promoting Aladdin's, and you are not mailing Club World members, who is sending out the promo e-mails & where did they get the e-mail addresses from?

Regards,
KK

and as you have said in the past K.K about reps not wanting to come on here and post, cant say as i blame them now, i would imagine they have alot of things that they have to get in order and everyone and everything is not perfect, i thank tom for comming on here and posting even though it may not have been the answer some had wanted, they have always had a good reputation and i wouldnt expect less from aladdins, infact i wish them the very best:thumbsup:.......................laurie

Let me start with saying that I did not actually looked at the link the moment it was posted, so of course it could very well be that there was a line with no max cash-out..

But when I look at googles cache of that page (from sept. 19) there it also says on the top that the max cash out is $2000

Not saying that you're seeing things, just telling what I'm seeing.

Why do I keep reading the same line "I understand why Reps are reluctant to post"
What does that even mean?
The Rep has posted anyway and because of the feedback from this thread they have already made improvements to their site.
Cashout times being listed.
T&C's clarified.
etc

Do all the meister members have to adopt an attitude of deference to the online Casinos?
Let the members say what they feel and the Mod's moderate.

So if you have no affiliates promoting Aladdin's, and you are not mailing Club World members, who is sending out the promo e-mails & where did they get the e-mail addresses from?

Hi Tom, thanks for posting and trying to clarify things.

The question that KK posted is an extremely important one, and needs to be answered. SOMEONE has been sending emails with this free50 code and an invite to sign up. If it's not ClubWorld themselves, and it's not an affiliate....what are the alternatives?

Whoever the OP was in this thread, do you still have the email that was sent to you? If so, could you post it here along with the original headers? Minus your email/name, etc. Thanks. I'm curious to see the link leading to Aladdin's Palace. Does it have an affiliate tag in it, or does it just direct straight to the website?
