I to have a big problem grasping this, since the T&C obviously changes from time to time without even notifying the members. This is like running a pretty lame ponzi scheme, altering the rules while the game plays since nobody accually busts you for it! And if they do - who cares - just a loser anyway crying to get his money back!

Here's an idea - why not make the meister take a backup of all T&C and put it into a CVS, so we can see what changes - when it changes - and how many changes they have! I bet me ass some of you would be really shocked to see what's going on with the "trusted" ones!

I didn't loose my money on this one, however I have lost my fair share - and I have no obligations in defending such crooks like this! Altering rules while you play - now that is plain and simple dirty play! Why some of you do not see that really confuses me, almost feels like I want to take a pencil and shove it into my eyeball - to make the pain go away!

I know what I saw and Tom either knowingly lied ,which is totally not acceptable, or he didn't check with the powers that be to see if the page had been changed, which is more forgivable though still very unsatisfactory in my book.

The max cash-out issue is a very minor one anyway, so I don't see what's the problem with Tom just saying 'sorry, I made a mistake' and moving on.

The whole purpose of the registered office is that legal documents can be served there, the company does not have to carry out any business activity there. For example, in the UK, sending court document to a company's registered office is an valid form of service.

For example, if there is a big player pulling $100 the jackpot ticker will start to increase rapidly however when the player moves on to another game it may take the ticker a few minutes to realise this and slow down accordingly. This can cause a difference between the actual jackpot amount and the value shown in the ticker.

The ticker compensates for this by ticking slower than the jackpot contributions to bring the value back to where it should be. Regardless, the ticker value is refreshed to the actual jackpot amount every few minutes to prevent these small fluctuations from persisting for any length of time. These are the reasons why some of you are noticing the jackpot ticker resetting to a lower amount or not increasing.

The more players who are playing the game the less pronounced this effect is, and please dont forget that at this stage we have only soft launched Aladdins Palace so action on each individual game can be sporadic.

Hi everyone,

Just thought I'd post my 2 cents worth.

Last week (Oct. 11ish), I received via snail mail a software cd and a letter from Aladdins Palace Casino offering me a free gift of $90.00 with "Zero Strings Attatched" (aside from the regular playthrough). I think the playthrough was 1500 or1800, I can't remember, but after a week I've cleared the playthrough and have a balance of $300.

I haven't tried to make a withdrawl yet. To be honest, I expected to have some fun, lose the free $90 and be on my merry way. I never look forward to trying a withdrawl from a new casino and I'll let you know what happens.

Hi again friends,

I was going to post and update you about my cashout experience so far, but I thought I'd better contact their customer support and give them a chance at explaining a few things. What I was led to believe and what I am now being told just doesn't jibe. I'll post an update as soon as possible.
