New Rival - Vegassky

Tried this, and as ususal with Rival software found the promotion part extremely empty, (nothing there whatsoever). As usual went to live chat, and as usual got this:

Chris: I am sorry but due to increase in promotional abuse from your region, certain promotions have been suspended. The welcome no deposit promotion is one of the suspended promotions for your region. This may change in the future.

Rival just p*sses me off.
Apparently SlotoCash are the only people, running this software, who make any sense.

Took this bonus last night and actually managed to wager it and was standing with a balance of 450 dollars. However could only cash out 152,
i sent in the documents, made a deposit of 25 dollars (wich they require) and now I am waiting for them to give me my money.
Hope they will pay, howvever you never know these days!

Slotocash are feeling the pinch too and are suspending some promos, at least for me, since early last month.

This Vegassky casino is irregular in 2 ways. They dont have Travelbug and the comps sometimes are not updated so it is impossible to calculate how much you have wagered.

Er, I just finished playing and I am now at $150 after having met cashout requirements. I never played anything more than $0.15/0.2 per spin. In playing I got five scatters at Hobo's Hoard and Granny's Attic and 4 wilds at Future Fortunes. Will now deposit to get my $150.

This is nice after stupidly blowing up my $200 balance at GoWild on table games.

thanks for the heads up chuchu!

opened an account and used the $38 ND bonus. played only scary rich II at .60, then raised it to a dollar when i knew i would meet the WR. The max cashout is $152, but i guess i get to earn a bunch of comp points before i cash out. Had similar luck at slotocash where $8 in comps gave me a $400 withdrawal. I don't know if they will be as efficient as slotocash though.

Call me a cynic but I think you have to of made plenty of deposits at Rivals before you can expect to win off comps or bonuses.

I don't know Rusty, I haven't played at a Rival in six months or more. But I am wayyyyy ahead. Probably cashed out $1500 total from Simon Says, another $500 from This Is Vegas. Total deposits at all Rivals probably less than $300.

Just for shits and giggles, cause I was bored, I opened an account here to do the free bonus. What happens? Don't ask me what I hit, but I won $220 on a 20 cent bet on Scary Rich 2. Then I go over to Gobblers Gold and win another $250 on a $1 bet. My balance right now is $550 and I have about $800 in WR to go.

Pisser of it is that I won't be able to cashout, cause I don't have a driver's licence or passport. And I know they will require a deposit FROM my MB account, before they will pay back to it, and my MB is empty. Moot point anyway, as I don't have the ID they will require. Why did I even do this? That's my luck, win like mad when I can't cash out.

Don't know whether to laugh or cry.

I take it you're "approved" at TIV and SSC, after making those cash outs I mean. Seeing as there's a Bonne Chance wide security dept you should in theory just have to give them your TIV/SSC account id for them to see you're already approved for withdrawals. The same should IMO go for the "verification deposit".
Worth a shot ;)

Freddy

I'll give it a shot Freddy, thanks. Maybe I'll PM John from TIV and see what he says. I can't believe this. I played last night at Inetbet, 3Dice and 32Red, and couldn't hit a single thing anywhere. Play at this place just for the fun of it, and get all this, lol. Two hundred odd bucks on a 20 cent bet....oy!!!

And I just got this....look at my balance. Ahhh forget it, tried posting a screenshot, but I can't get the size right. I hate PAINT. I resize it, but when I upload it here, it's so tiny you can't see it. Anyway, I won $230 on a bonus round on Scary Rich 2....balance is now $730. Unreal.

What in the hell do they need ID for in the first place? That's ridiculous when you're cashing out/depositing to/from an ewallet. What a crock of @#$@#. If I were you, I'd do a pre-emptive PAB...lol

It was the no deposit bonus Win. Anyway, just tried to withdraw the max $152, and of course got the message that I have to withdraw to a MB account that I've made a deposit from. I'll just end up uninstalling the thing, and the money can sit there and grow interest. This is why I play at Inet, 3Dice and 32Red. Withdraw no problem, have my money in less than 24 hrs in all cases. I'm not into jumping through hoops to cashout.

just a quick update on my $38 ND bonus. apparently, it doesn't want me to get down to the $152 withdrawal max. building up lots of comps though. i emailed support with id docs, no response in a while. i have never seen scary rich II play THIS well. almost ridiculous....

guess i should keep raising my bets until i get my balance down, lol. who would have thought that the best streak i've ever had in my life would occur with a $152 max :what: though i have to keep in mind it was a free $38 so it's still nice.

Hopefully, their cs and cashout times are good.

i made the play through requirements and i am in the process of withdrawal $152. I have made the $25 deposit as required. when i spoke to CS i asked if i needed to hand in my docs and he replied that i might not need to but they will inform me by email. i also asked if they were part of a group, he told me that they are a stand alone company and not part of any group.

I thought that being banned from promotions at all Rival casinos except Sloto Cash Casino was bad enough, but now simultaneous with my registering at Vegas Sky Casino, I learn that my account is locked! The same thing happened to me at Irish Luck Casino last week. I cant even play at those two Rival casinos. All of this presumably occurred because I occasionally won while using bonuses at other Rival casinos. Or maybe I just used a video poker strategy that was too close to perfect. This is not good.

Hippo,

With that sort of luck, your break from gambling seems to be a nice decision.

Yeah, it was kind of unreal. but of course, after i used the first deposit bonus, i got the worst streak i've ever had playing sr2, lol. too funny. i have had good luck at slotocash and 3dice since i started playing again. what i learned from my 6 month "break" was that i was playing way too much in terms of time. the house edge eats away at you awfully fast if you are playing too much, too fast... no matter where you play.

oh, and chuchu, i forgot to respond about slotocash... i also noticed that my bonuses, etc have been quite limited recently as well. usually i have tons of bonuses in the cashier, but i've only had the two basic ones for a while now.

well, the end result of my play at vegassky was this:

$38 ND: got balance over $4000 when the max withdrawal was $152

1st deposit bonus: not even close to meeting wr, ended when i only got 1 bonus in my last 900 spins.

2nd deposit bonus: met ~60% of wr.

3rd deposit bonus: met less than <10% of wr.

This was the only rival where i could not meet the wr in three deposits. My three deposits also yielded the worst play i've ever seen on scary rich II. I assume the games are supposed to be the same at all the rivals so i'm sure it was just a case of incredible luck (with the max cashout) followed by incredibly bad luck (when there was no max cashout) lol,

anyway, i didn't see the need to try the 4th deposit bonus so i already closed my account only for the reason that my luck obviously sucks at vegassky unless there's a max cashout. :p

still got plenty of playtime and didn't lose too much overall, but i personally would rather play at slotocash when they get their bonuses up and running again.

Hippo, did you cashout the $152? I still have mine sitting in there, and am thinking of giving it a try. But I don't want to make the $25 deposit, only to have them run me around for days and/or weeks.

If you did cashout, how did it go?

Hiya! I did cashout the $152, but as chuchu pointed, it's a not withdrawable bonus so i messed up... i think. it's on the website, but i don't think it was mentioned in the cashier when i claimed it?

i think i should have cashed out $190, then minus the 38 bonus would equal 152 which is 4x the bonus?

when i spoke with live support, they told me they didn't need docs. they only needed a verification deposit which i did by taking the sign up bonuses.

i cashed out on saturday and got an email that it would take 24-48 hours. still haven't received it yet but i will keep you posted ;)

Interesting.... if i were vegassky AND a stand alone operation, i would be really pissed that my FAQ's page links to Pantasia when you click on the highlighted words. Just noticed that when i was checking up on some stuff.

Well, that is somewhat heartening Hippo, the no documents thing. I'd be using Moneybookers to make my deposit, and I've been verified with them to kingdom come and back. And I've never needed the DL/Passport at Simon Says or TIV, when all I've used is MB.

I didn't even read the part about the bonus being sticky, but I must have been on auto-pilot, cause I left $190 in my account, lol. So you think I should cashout the $190, and then they'll deduct the $38 bonus from that?

Let's keep each other updated on how it goes. And I believe Chuchu also made the playthrough and is gonna cashout just over a $100 or so. So between three of us, we should be able to get an idea of how they look after this.

Okay, I am on my way right now to make the $25 deposit via MB, and request my withdrawal. I have $190 in my account....so after I deposit the $25, I'll have $215. Seeing as the bonus is sticky, do I then request the whole $215 as a withdrawal? And assuming they then remove the $38 bonus, my withdrawal will actually be $177..is that right? LOL...sorry, this is my first experience with a sticky bonus. And I'm hoping I don't have to wager my $25 deposit, I can just withdraw it right back?

So much hassle for $150. But hey, Xmas is coming.

Okay, that was easy, lol. I withdrew $215, and it shows as $177 withdrawal pending, so the $38 bonus was automatically taken out as soon as I hit withdraw.

And Hippo, you're right....when I deposited, my MB account shows it as [email protected] That actually makes me feel better, as Pantasia is one of the original Rivals, and one of the better ones I think. I don't think we're gonna have any problems, knock on wood. Should go smooth for you too Chu.

And I got an email almost immediately, with the subject header "Your Withdrawal Has Been Processed". LOL...I got all excited for a minute.

Dear Ms. xxxxxxxxx,

Your Vegas Sky Casino withdrawal has been received.

Vegas Sky Casino has received your withdrawal request of 177. Your withdrawal will be processed within 2 business days after being received by our Accounting Department.

You may reverse your withdrawal by entering the cashier and clicking on the cash-out within 24 hours after you requested the withdrawal. After 24 hours, if you'd like to reverse your withdrawal please contact Vegas Sky Casino at [email protected]

Warmest Regards,

Casino Manager

I cashed out $50 on my Inet manager's bonus this morning too, would be nice if the luck continued.

I'll keep you updated if/when I get my money from these guys.

well, just an our ago the money landed in my neteller account. The 152 + the 25 that I deposited. I think it was done fast. asked for the withdrawl saturday so I am pleased. Will definately have it another go with a deposit later on.

I cashed out the $152 on saturday and it has already hit my quicktender account... so that is less than 1 business day, pretty good. Their cs was very good and they asked why i closed my account and i had to explain that the casino was very good, but that i no longer keep depositing when my luck seems very poor. No docs were required for me.

And without wanting to start any problems, my cashout did not have the bonus subtracted.... so it was not a sticky for me. i don't know if it was an oversight, but i do not remember seeing anything about the sticky bonus on the cashier page.... But it IS on the websight as chuchu pointed out.

Overall a very pleasant experience with vegassky and maybe someday i will re-open the account if my luck is bad everywhere else.

And Pina, i agree... if they are associated with Pantasia that can only be a good thing (though my luck turned pretty sour there too a while ago, lol)

good luck everyone!

it clealy states in the rules that its x4 cashout. cant for the life of me think why people are talking about withdrawing 177 and other figures like that. the total amount is 152 end of story. however i found if you won alot with the 38 ND bonus you can play that money to boost your comp points. but personally i would stop at 190 just in case the bonus is sticky. do you see what i mean???

The bonus is sticky, that's why everyone is talking about the different figures !!

I stopped at $190. Before you can withdraw, you have to deposit $25, which I did. That brought my balance to $215. When I withdrew, I withdrew the entire $215, and the cashier automatically removed the $38 bonus from the withdraw, leaving me with a total withdrawal of $177. That's $152 winnings from the n/d chip, and my $25 deposit. $152 plus $25, equals $177, not sure what part you don't get?

For a max cashout I would also stop at $190 once cashout reuirements are met. In fact, I stopped at $150 to ensure a cashout of $112.

Now there is a problem with this casino re comp points. Sometimes they are given (2 for every $1 of slot play) and sometimes they are not. Their support says that no comps should be given for play with ND bonuses. There is definitely a glitch in the awarding of comps for free play but this does not affect the way they calculate whether cashout requirements are met.

We should take note of what Hippo is doing. He managed to cash out but closed the account nevertheless because he wasnt feeling lucky. This mental strength is awesome and if some of us just had this sort of willpower we will find online gaming very enjoyable.

I think that was a very important point about doing what we can to make "online gaming very enjoyable" though we may all do it in different ways. Honestly, i have been having a ball whether i win or lose just because i am able to keep things in better perspective after not having played a lot the last six months.

I enjoy the rival games and had fun at vegassky, but i don't get too bent out of shape anymore about this losing streak or that percentage return or 1000 spins without a bonus, etc... you get the picture. :D

And here's a funny thing... the most fun i have had in a long time has been playing payola (of all games) at 3dice only because i love listening to my old music with the lights and the ambience.... sometimes i don't even care about how i'm doing on the actual slot. You can say my perspective has changed and it has actually allowed me to do better and cashout more.

to each his own, but like chuchu said... make it enjoyable!

I withdrew 177 just because I also had to make a deposit. When I withdrew I had a few hundred in my account, but i just felt like trying and see if I could withdraw.
I typed in 177 and they took the "sticky bonus" from the amount that i did not withdraw. i also sent in my docs before they even requested them, however it seems as though people dont have to here =)
well, great to win 152 from nothing and it is things like this. (free money, fast withdrawls without hassle) that atleast keeps me coming back!

Many thanks to Chuchu59 for heads-up on this new casino! I cannot resist ND bonus offers (you have nothing to lose, after all), and though I lost mine in matter of minutes, it was fun.

I was more lucky with my 150% bonus on 1st dep - managed to meet WR, and even get ahead. I am confused with two things, however:

1) I seemed to be unable to figure out how to keep track of outstanding WR. One woud expect 1 comp point account for $1 wagered, so if I deposited $50 and got total of $125 to play with, I thought I'd need to see 1875 comp points to know that my WR is met... Apparently it did not work this way. I found message "WR not met" when my comps reading was at 4700+, 6000+, etc. Live Help could not give clear answer on this either, but offered that I contact them from time to time to see how much WR is still due/outstanding

2) When WR were finally satisfied, I found out I am not able to withdraw my winnings. I deposited $50 with visa card, but VegasSky does not pay back to visa cards.... I tried to use moneybookers and/or neteller for withdrawal, but both failed because "you can withdraw only to account you deposited with". Fair enough, but what visa cards deposit option is there for, then? :eek2:

Not that I complain, no way - I am still up $750+ in this new casino. It is just that I am not very familiar with rivals, and am really at loss on how to cash out now... guess I will play it all back ;)

online casino

Hey Thanks,
Earlier I play the roulette in online casino at casinotropez and now
I enjoy the rival games and had fun at vegassky.
I suggest everyone to try it then you will say about it.

Fleur,

Pleased to hear that you won. As for the comps calculation, you can look at your comp balance, make a single spin on any slot and see how much it has increased by. If, for example you make a $.60 spin and your comps increase by 1.2 you will know the conversion rate is 2:1. That said, there is a problem with comps at vegassky. When playing with the $38 sometimes I got comps and sometimes not. When I asked support they told me that the play with this free chip did not attract comps which is incorrect. So you cannot rely solely (at least not this Rival) on comps to calculate how much wagering you have done.

Now dont be lazy and just fund your neteller or MB account and then deposit $25. That way, you can withdraw using these methods. Remember not to play it back.

Remember not to play it back.
One million thanks :D
