Hello, Names Serena and I'm new here. I found this place after googling something along the lines of, "Player is in A class not eligible for bonus" something along those word. I have been playing at Brango, Yabby, Extreme, and bonus blitz for almost a year. I never had a major win until the other day when I finally won for my first time (aside from the random $50 free bonuses on days when I got lucky) on Brango. I cashed out 2 grand...then everything changed. Lol. Now I can't use bonuses and after every deposit I have to contact customer service to receive my cashback or free spins. This change took place on ALL the sister casinos as well. It's frustrating because I've always been loyal to these casinos, and I never use bonus codes with my deposits and only claim the ones I'm owed afterwards. With that said. What are your favorite places to play at?
I tried out Truefortune, won 400 and still have a pending withdrawal after 15days. I also had a bad experience at cocoacasino, and another one that I can't think of at this moment..it'll come to me. Anyways, drop some suggestions:)

That is so weird the same thing just happened to me! Except I only cashed out a little over $1100.00. My comp points redemption box has disappeared and I can't even view my past transactions anymore. Like you said, the changes were made at all the sister casinos too. And that weird error message pops up when I try to use a bonus.

I'm in the US so I'm restricted almost everywhere lol, but I have been playing at Cryptoslots and Bovada since this happened, and I did pretty well actually! For RTG I used to pop into the CasinoMax family of casinos but the withdrawal took way too long for me and I haven't been by there in a long time.

I'll be following as I could use some new places too. Good luck and hopefully they'll take us off the punishment list soon, haha!

Hello, thanks for your comment. Sorry I'm just now seeing it. I can't see my past transactions either. Which I hate, not being able to do. I feel that is something they should not be allowed to hide from depositing players. I play at Bovada on occasion, haven't cashed anything out yet, though. I also pop into casino Max, and roaring 21 on occasion. I cashed out a free $200 after completing a bonus promotion. The cashout time wasn't all that bad in my opinion but after you have experienced instant cashout, I understand what you mean in regard to the waiting period. I haven't tried Cryptoslots, I'll have to check it out. Thanks for mentioning it. Hope all is well:)

Did also win a little at Drake and Lincoln casinos, but have noticed them tighten my slots after first couple of withdrawals although they paid them promptly. Just not having much luck at those sites since.

I had NO issue with several withdrawals, and they issued quickly. The player most recently with difficulty won $288K, and despite delay, Slotocash is issuing it. There may be circumstances with the large issue, and you can read his posts on-site here and possibly ask him.
