Well my issue is that I have been restricted in accessing my free promo offers that I earn from its sister platform sky bet.
When I enquired as to why I’m not getting access to this stuff that I have legitimately earnt thru sky bet club…. I was told that it is an executive decision and that I wasn’t going to be told why this is….
I haven’t acted in any malicious way at all and all I wanted is to know why I’ve been restricted in this way, so maybe I can work out what I’m supposed to have done so I can avoid anything of a similar nature if at any point I have my privileges restored.
But I was told I wouldn’t be told this reason and that the decision wasn’t to be overturned.
The customer service guy said they have the right to this action but I find that quite unfair in that I’ve been penalised for something I don’t even know what it was nor will be able to find out!
I play fair and I don’t react well to injustice of any kind so I’m really miffed with this and I even tried to seek out legal advice because it’s just not fair they can cut you off and not say why, like it’s a easy cop out to avoid something 1, I’ve qualified for thru spending real cash, 2, is elsewise open to all.

I’m not faking a new profile or account because if had this open live a point for close to 2decades …
Always honest, but feel screwed sideways… some help anyone?

Sorry I should have said my issue is with sky vegas Promos earnt via sky bet club , free spins earnt and not having access to said free spins.

Did you expect a far few free spins?
I usually qualify for skybet club, although rarely wager much more than 30-50 a week there, and the only promo I get for the vegas side is 5 spins at 10p on a useless jackpot king game. and an offer like wager £10 on some shit games for 10 spins on an even shitter game.
The "exclusive" boosts often aren't any better than you could find somewhere else, at least, for a low roller like me that is.

Banning someone from some of the benefits after qaulifiying is dirty though. Very dirty.

IIRC, in order to wager towards qaulifiying for a weeks access in da club, bets mus be at least 1/1. Perhaps you are only betting on "boosts" or "bumper bets" etc that were odds of less han 1/1 but boosted to around or above 1/1, making it very easy to qaulify and at times marginally +EV while doing so if picking the right bets. Just a guess! Not an accusation

Not exactly the same situation, but I have been "bonus banned" by a few casinos. Essentially, when you win a few times, they start reducing your bonuses and free spins until you are left with simply straight deposits. There are a few casinos where I used to get 300% deposit matches and now the max I get is 50%.

Did you recently have a big withdrawal? That may be the reason. Casinos will say those offers are to help people win, so once you actually win, it is not uncommon for them to restrict those offers, in my experience.

Once they say, that’s the end and we don’t have to explain why, forget it. They reserve that right. Not saying it is right but you will repeatedly hit the brick wall if trying to get an explanation from them.

Welcome to the fam @Epic84 - Firstly I am sorry that you are having this issue. I agree that it is wrong when casinos just randomly restrict your account and then just refuse to give or divulge any information as to why that is and why they made that decision.

The only casino that I recall who restricted my access to bonuses was LeoVegas and that came pretty much just after I hit a progressive win on a slot won the max progressive at LeoVegas on a slot called Holmes: secrets of the stones. 12K euros the win was. Leovegas paid in full the same day after checking the win was legit etc. the check with provider only took a few hours.

But then after that I never had emails from Leovegas not even emails with promotions it was just zero. Also when I then reported issues or when I then got SoW requests I would not even receive those emails either. So it was like LeoVegas just banned all emails for my account, I had the SoW pop up when I logged in that is how I knew they requested that as well. But this was months after the win when I had that request.

I asked live chat countless times to investigate why I never receive any emails etc anymore or bonuses etc and they just said they will investigate it and let me know by you guessed it "email" which I was not getting lmao. The irony right.

Then here is the kicker as well. When I fulfilled the SoW request by sending what they wanted they took 3 months to process that. So I was basically locked out of my account for 3 months. Then I was able to play again but then wait for this a few weeks later my account got locked again with another SoW request lmao. Like seriously so at that point I just told them to close my account. They are a crook group and I recommend that everyone stay away from them.

So yeah once a casino has made a decision it is near impossible to get them to change it. They will do everything they can to force you away from still trying to play at their casino.

I mean it is crazy really was it really because of that progressive win I had that caused them to then treat me like total shit? it is crazy when you think about it. You would think they would treat me like a VIP and want me to continue to play their to give back some of the win lol. But yeah that is how it all went down.

Of course I don’t approve of this behavior from the casino and it sounds very humiliating, but unfortunately there’s nothing you can do about it if they said they won’t say anything. It's hardly worth going to court with this

Well I’d like someone to go to government and say this isn’t right, you’d get my signature on a petition if ever there was, no one deserves to have the bar raised without knowing at the same time as not being entitled to a explanation, it feels like they give you a square peg and square hole and say get used to this, this is the concept….
But then when time comes later on you find the game changed to triangle pegs and your still on square holes expecting sense and logic still, before you realise you never let go of the peg and all they did was slide a new hole in front of you when you aren’t looking (despite never looking away),

Filthy tactic but to not get access to what you earn legitimately should be false to the point of legally wrong and needs looking at on a serious level IMO.
Rant over but not really a rant if your right, morals and principles are so far removed from the world I grew up in.
Others beware, I didn’t know this was a tactic casinos use…. Notice how I never got a “we here at shy will get this sorted”.

To make you laugh it is only 25 free spins on sky vegas bet club that I’m missing out on but you see I never hardly use slots because I thought they were fixed.
last week I played 3x10p to clear my balance to a round number (very rare I do this or even use sky vegas for this) spins on fishin frenzy and won £18.40, withdrew it because I don’t work due to health reasons and was in my overdraft and my phone bill is like 40 per month so I needed it, if I can win that much in 3 spins then it became a important avenue, which is why I’m miffed because life could be easier, instead I’ll just have to live with the rug/goalposts being moved mid play,
