Could i ask why did u stop sending some free spins(no deposit required) for new games released as guts was always the first casino to reward players on almost every new releases(mainly netent) but realised you havent done last couple of times

Welcome to the forum Timo. One area you may have to improve on is the promo -Double Deal Monday. Last week I deposited and expected to see free spins on TSII. They didnt appear come Thursday and only when I asked did I know the spins were on IR. The previous week I was supposed to have free spins on Cricket Star though being impatient I only checked whether I had the spins on Tuesday and Wednesday morning (Hong Kong time). If there are to be changes the very least that can be done is to alter the info at the Promotions tab at the earliest opportunity.
