I thought we were in the wildslots thread?
My first line was in reference to WildSlots. I referenced Casinopop because they are both in their Beta stage

Sorry I just woke up. I'll blame the UK accent for my misunderstanding.

I can get told off as well now....
Have to echo the Casino Pop positives. Tiia (Support) really helpful and the only negative I found was no search function for games (although they are still in beta) Processed a decent withdrawal there and then on chat with no docs and only one prior Paysafe deposit
Two up and coming casinos which look like they've really started off on the right foot and will see more of me and my budget if they continue down this route.

There has been a search function for ages mate. It is along the top line. Click on the icon and it expands.
I have made maybe 6 withdrawals now from Casinopop and each time the moneys been in my Visa the next day. Their rep is good too.
On good terms with this Tiia then, huh? I bet shes really a hairy arsed biker
Edit. I agree about pop. I think they will be pretty active in here whenever they start the ball rolling
Deposited there last night and wasn't able to beat the bonus but no worriesThat happens more often than not. I have a few problems with the site. Problem numero uno the Microgaming slots wouldn't load so that was a bummer and the second problem is you click on live chat and it opens a new window to the casino but no live chat.
The casino needs to sort these issues out sharpish because in my view they are biggies. Otherwise the site looks good and the slots I could play ran smoothly.
Cheers!

They are still in Beta at the moment hun and these are 'work in progress'![]()

I do have one other gripe. The casino rep hasn't posted on this thread since Sept 8th. You would think with a new casino launch and all the problems that that entails that the rep would post more.
started the thread thinking I was doing a good thing but Eric wasn't ready for any CM / BBF just yet.Yeah It was my faultstarted the thread thinking I was doing a good thing but Eric wasn't ready for any CM / BBF just yet.
Specialist invitation e-mails were sent out to random players to try the new site and I shared on here as they are a good group with a good active rep so though I was doing a favour.
I will say during my play there I have had not one error and they payout bloody fast !!!!

I took a reload bonus last night, had some good luck, and made a withdrawal request.
This morning I received an email from '[email protected]' asking for my documents, which I replied to, attaching the requested documents.
About an hour later I received this email

What's the connection between wildslots (supposedly a sister site to Casino Luck and Next Casino) and Casino.com (Mansion Group) ????![]()

Hi brianmon,
We have no connection whatsoever to casino(dot)com. And (unfortunately) we cant verify documents that fast either. The email you got from them has nothing to do with the docs you sent to our sister site, Wildslots.
/Eric

Fair enough Eric. I'm please to hear that there's no connection, since I'd be worrying about getting paid by Mansion Group. At least I know I'm in safe hands now.
The odd thing is though, apart from sending my documents to Wildslots today. I haven't sent any documents to any other casinos for about 3 months.
And I don't have a record of any sent emails to Casino.com![]()
Had a nice win at Wildslots last night (posted to screen shot thread) and withdrawal was processed within two hours without docs.
Thanks to 'Nick' for the flushing of funds![]()

Could it of been a co-instance that it was sent about the same time you send of docs to another casino? and just a another email tactic from a casino to get you on there site,
I was abit confused when seen the email, but it does not state wild slots on the email,
like i said.... I haven't sent any documents to any other casinos for about 3 months.
yes, it just happens that casino.com decided to send you an email now after months or years, and just a co-instance it came when you sent off docs to another site,
Remember sites will use any excuse to send an email
Agreed mate! - I've had a good many e-mails from sites I've not been in touch with / played at / even logged into for ages, over the years.
Various subjects, including 'You have cash in your account' (Usually pennies, an uncleared previous bust) and also KYC requests (this one regularly comes from Lucky247, KYC'ed about 3 years ago!)
They do it hoping you log in, spot a game you like maybe and think 'I'll just try a cheeky tenner' etc.
Been thinking about it since your original post and although I cannot be 100% sure, I do have a nagging memory that casino.com sent me a 'verify or we close your account' type email some time back.
The timing must be purely a coincidence, as Eric says they take longer than the time frame suggests.
Untill the dreaded threshold gets hit than another email about KYC, than they say are but the first part was only to a certain amount, after this you will be fully flagged
I'm a little disappointed that after sending my documents, it took around 10 hours just to get a reply confirming my documents had been received.
Still waiting for approval, 24+ hours after submission

Got an email from them yesterday offering a bonus. It's not the SUB, and they do not mention any terms in the email, nor seem to have any general bonus terms on their site. When also their live chat is offline I will pass. Makes me feel like they are a bit understaffet IMO.
Still, if they don't put in the effort to make these things clear, I won't put in my money. They also offered some free spins in the same email, which I don't know whether or not it is wager on.
((((
Seem OK, I've had them up for a couple of days now (Wildslots) and pay as quick as Luck and Next do, Nate has been unlucky for some reason.

I believe any bonus that is not linked to the welcome/signup bonus then you would simply refer to the 50% monthly reload terms, alike Casinoluck & Next.
You can't play an restricted game anyway, it won't let you spin if it's written into the terms so you are safe there, which only really leaves the max bet rule i suppose, which possibly isn't so hard to breach looking at a few new topics that have appeared oday!
Yes this is the group that confiscated an entire £2000 balance from a guy who made ONE! accidental £8 spin whilst on a bonus..

They lost my business right there and I used to deposit a few hundred a month between luck and next
