Is anyone else having problems with getting money from QT?

I made 2 withdrawals from them last week. The first one I requested over the weekend and it was in my bank account Thursday.

The second one I requested last Monday and it is still sitting in the uncleared balance. They told me in an email that it has been ordered and once it's confirmed it will be in my bank, whatever that means.

Why the difference in time? First withdrawal 4 days, second withdrawal 7 days and no money? I think it's because the second one is larger, more than double.

My Quicktender withdrawals always take from 5-7 days - 2 days processing at QT and 3-5 days to hit my WP card. I do know this, alot of it depends on the bank you use. When it says confirmed in QT, that means it has been send to your bank. It then depends on your bank processing it as to when it will get in your account. Holidays and weekends add time. Remember, that doesn't just mean US holidays. I had a withdrawal held up at a casino because all were off on a holiday somewhere in BFE.

I hate waiting but all this crap with US players and withdrawals has made a patient (not really) person out of me. :D

Does anyone else get nervous about the money going into your bank? I mean what the bank thinks? Could they ever deny it for some reason? I have deposited checks before, but only through the ATM, I am too nervous to do it inside.

I don't use a bank for mine. I have a Wired Plastic card that works like a charm. I have only had one check from a casino and I cashed it at a check cashing place with no problem. But yes, a bank can refuse to take a wire, ACH or check from a casino.

I got an email saying it will be 3-5 days. So all together it's 9-12 days. This is really strange because my last one requested 1 day before this one was in my bank in 4 days.

I'm going to look into that wired plastic card.

i got a rather ugly phone call from my bank regarding a wire. since then i only do withdrawl by check. it takes 21 days but it is worth it. tell me more about the plastic wire thing.

I have used Quicktender
and Ewalletexpress to
transfer cash to my checking account
no problems at all
Quicktender takes about 8 days
as does ewallet

my bank ((credit Union) says nothing

Good Luck

Cindy
