i create this thread for USA players, if somehow you decide join them - better stay away, this is the worst customer support i saw in my life, this is so sad...
Please, spend 3 minutes of your life and read. How the hell in the world customer support can be so bad!?

George Keith: Thank you for contacting Live Chat Service. How may I assist you today?

xxx: hi, xxxx, why my cashout cancelled

George Keith: Hello, xxx

xxx: username xxx

George Keith: Thank you, xxx

xxx: ??

George Keith: How much was the payout for?

xxx: 100 usd

George Keith: Thank you

George Keith: The payout was cancelled because the amount requested was not covering the $20.00 fees for Skrill transactions

xxx: what?

xxx: there is typed no fee!

George Keith: I will be right with you...

George Keith: According to what shows on the account, you need to request this time, $120.00 to cover the $20.00 fees for the transaction/

xxx: i have 120$ on my balance, how much i should request

George Keith: You need to request $120.00. The $100.00 of your payout and the $20.00 fee

xxx: why so you do not withdraw when i request 100$??!

George Keith: xxx, for every payout requested by Skrill, there is $20.00 fee

xxx: when i request 100, why you did not withdraw 80$?

xxx: and take 20$ fee

xxx: ?

George Keith: The fee is separated from the Payout money.

xxx: so...

George Keith: If you request a certain amount of money, you need to cover the fee

xxx: i have 120$ on my balance

xxx: if i request withdrawal of 100$

xxx: i will get 100$?

George Keith: If you request $100.00 you need to cover the $20.00 fee. It is separated. Not included in the requesting amount. Your payout is $100.00 but need to paty $20.00 for the fee

xxx: so, if i request 100$, i will have left 20$ on my balance, and it is cover fee, correct?

George Keith: Correct, xxx. You need to cover the fee

xxx: why few mins ago you told me to request 120$?

George Keith: So you can cover the fees

xxx: i request 100$ withdrawal, and 20$ left on my balance, this is ok?

George Keith: I recommend you to request $120.00 to helpp cover the payout fees. Please keep in mind that you only requested a $100.00 and got cancelled.

xxx: if i request withdrawal of 120$, how you collect the fees?

George Keith: That is taken from the balance, xxx

George Keith: Based on the balance, the processing agency takes the fee

xxx: BUT IF I REQUEST 120$ WITHDRAWAL, I WILL HAVE NOTHING ON MY BALANCE

xxx: i had 100$ on my account yesterday, and request withdrawal of 100$, and it was cancelled

George Keith: I understand, xxx.

George Keith: Yes, because, regarding the balance, the money requested was not enough to cover the transaction fee. If you request $120.00 it can cover the fee

xxx: 100$ is not enough to cover fees?

George Keith: I apologize, but it is not enough, since you are requesting that exact amount. Skrill is going to take the fee from the transaction but has to give you the exact amount you requested.

xxx: ok, look george

xxx: yesterday i had 100$ on my balance, i request withdrawal of 100$ and get cancelled.

xxx: now i had 120$ balance, if i request withdrawal of 120$ it will be also canceled, no?

George Keith: It will not be cancelled, because you are requesting your payout and the fee.
====
I decide not listen my logic, and request 120$ withdrawal. Hour after this i get email...
My name is Sunny from Player Services.

Thank you for your payout request, and congratulations on your winnings. Unfortunately, your payout has been cancelled due to insufficient funds to cover the payout fees

When submitting your payout request please keep in mind that there are fees that apply depending on the payout method and amount requested. For your Skrill payout, the fees are $ 20.00. You can refer to

, then click on the red link that says “More on Payout Limit and Fees” for more information on payout methods, limits and time frames.

If you like, you can wait until Friday and take advantage of our $50 Fee-discount promotion which is once every 30 days. To benefit from this discount, please specify it in the comments box while requesting your payout on a Friday.
Requested 100$ 10 hours ago, silence. I hope they finally withdraw, or i will PAB against such bad guys. So, i did not blame them at all, but just for google or for our US friends, never play there...

Hombert is this from a free chip? Or did you deposit there before and if so did you use Skrill? If yes then this is stupid and $20 fee for Skrill is outrageous. If the money is from a freebie and you have never deposited there before it could be that you need to deposit $20 via (Skrill) in order to cashout the $120 and they are explaining it very very badly.

I am obviously deposit with skrill, this is not freebie, and i did not take any bonuses.
I play there only with 1 reason, affiliate pay me 100$ for sign-up there and wager 1k$ on sportsbook.

The fee to moneybookers/skrill is mentioned here:

Outdated URL (Invalid)

Minimum 25$ withdrawal which should make them take 20 from your 100 and then put 80 in your skrill account.

They have acted like 100$ is minimum withdrawal amount and that's according to their banking page, is wrong.

I think you can withdraw 120 and then receive 100 to your account. Still, 20$ fee is bad, but they have it on their banking page.

Okay then this is bad. $20 fee for a withdrawal to Skrill it outrageous. In fact the vast majority don't charge for ewallets AFAIK. I'd be asking to speak to a manager. I don't think they have a rep on here do they?

hehe. just withdraw 120$ and get 100$ it is so easy, i requested 120$ yesterday, and got canceled because AMOUNT DOES NOT COVER FEES!
requested 100$, left 20$ on account for them, to hire good support, and i really hope today i get my 100$ and forget this like nightmare.

:) i ask live chat when i can speak with manager, to know how to withdraw. Answer was : request 120$ withdrawal and did not worry.

That sucks so bad I own the donks on the bet online poker section but won't be playing there with own cash if they have silly fees like that!

tbh, yesterday i get paid on skrill.
cashout time 22 hours, 20$ fee.
Support more than awful, making bets is hard, because they credit winnings wagers in a hour or so.

At least they paid you eventually! I have had 35 bucks in there before from coming first on a freeroll busted it on slots though so did not get to the cashout that time I guess 20 isn't so much if you have like 5-600 from a free win though?

There is no reason to have a $20 fee to withdraw to Skrill. I'd say this casino is one to stay away from IMHO. Glad you got paid Hombert:thumbsup:

Damn shame as there freerolls are so easy to get in the money on :( this can't be said about many poker rooms!

Wth 20$ fee from a 120$ withdrawal? That´s extremly bad especially to skrill, I will never set foot (well my internetfoot) in that casino. I cant belive casinos get away with such fees when even a 2.5% fee is regarded as distastefull (acceptable though if the casino is good).
