Hi

Have played ok some casinos that doesnt have swedish license but still offer Netent games to swedish players.
This is not allowed for them to do so, They cant let people from Sweden use netent thought They are restricted.

When i told them about it They just Said that its was my own fault and that They now Will block the games to swedish players.

Wonder what happend if i won anything?
What do you think about this?

Oh yeah! Netent Slots are reviewed at Casinomeister - to include their associated casinos! Woo woo!
I get the impression these region settings are simply a click away from a mistake.

If its a genuine mistake then it happens. If its been offered for months and keeps happening then there is clearly an issue.

I know nothing about the Swedish market but if their not regulated then I imagine you dont have much protection.

Netent has Said in media that They not let casinos without swedish license use their games to swedish people.
But in this case these MGA casinos have Done that....
Have talked to netent and They say that its the casinos fault and that They should block people from Sweden.
The casinos says that its my fault...

May I ask why you are signing up to casinos with no Swedish license?
Is Netent the only provider you use or why are you pointing out them?

If you have a gambling problem and want to stop yourself from playing then there are better ways of doing that then trying to put the blame on someone else.

Just FYI there is also a Swedish part in this forum if you feel that you want to discuss this matter in your own language.

I dont think or Said that this is Netents fault.
Its the casinos that uses Netent..
Have talked to netent and got good answer from them.

Well, you are not suppose to sign up to casinos without a Swedish license, so if you stop doing that then your problem is solved.

If you play the games and win? You will get paid if the casino is honest, but I would stay away from jackpot games that are paid by the provider.
Netent will probably not pay someone if they are self excluded in Sweden. Otherwise I doubt that Netent could or would do anything to prevent casinos from offering their games to Swedes.

To answer your question in the other thread you started then you can register and play on casinos that are using some services from Every Matrix. It depends on what part they are using and of course their license.

Thx for your answers!
You have right and i know that its my fault and i dont get any money back.
This is more to help others to do the same as me..

the part the use is moneymatrix and gammatrix but They have not the same MGA license as everymatrix.

To be able to help others you often need to start with yourself. I don't know how bad it is for you but you did write that you had a gambling problem, and you seem to play casinos outside of Sweden instead.
If you want more help than just self excluding everywhere you can try this
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

It will help you stay out of most gambling related sites so use it when you feel that it's time to stop.
Another way of helping is to save that link and pass it on to others who need it :)

If you want to play anywhere outside of your own country legislation, it's purely your own choice, was it then in Curacao, Malta, Costa Rica or what so ever. Swedish regulations exist in Sweden but casinos can decide not to care much about them and not consider themselves to provide games in Sweden but might accept some players from any countries to play under license they hold.

You get zero support from Swedish regulators in case you want to dispute something with casino etc... If you player outside of official regulations of your country, you can of course do that but it's your choice not to follow your country regulations (all Finnish players decide to do it all the time as in Finland you are only allowed to play at Veikkaus which is not really tempting option).
