This thread started in October, and it's a casino for Swedes. I don't know in what way the reps should be active.
No complaines so this is probably a thread Bryan have forgotten about.

Their reps have been online Ryan 3 days ago and Jan today so I don't see any problems.
Some don't replies to pm's if they aren't in the office or on weekends, but I doubt that they are the kinds who just ignore people. At least I haven't got that impression.

With respect there have been plenty of working days since the 9th Jan when I was promised an update and plenty of working days since I sent follow up pm's that were ignored too.

Then it's a different thing, but you never said that. I thought of course it was from the latest days :)

Now shame on them. Report to Bryan because that's really not ok!!

Its a weird one and unusual, and not really that important, wasn't actually a complaint about the casino but was to do with them, the reason I mentioned it on this thread was that I was replying to a comment about them not being active. If he didn't want to help he should have said, would have taken 2 mins to reply saying that, but bugs the hell out of me when reps ignore you, these aren't the first to do it, and won't be the last unfortunately :(
