Hi Everyone,

Netent came to me a few days ago and asked me to send a survey to our players as they are in the process of developing a new Roulette game that will be released in the middle of 2012. So I thought why not take this survey to the people that know casino's the best so with Bryan's blessing I invite you to take part in the NetEnt survey for Roulette Gamers.

The survey is 100% anonymous and all responses will be reported securely to the fine people at Netent. Please note that this survey has nothing to do with NordicBet or Nordic Gaming Group, all questions were compiled by Netent and only the employees at Netent will see the responses..

To access the survey please click on this link Link Removed and if you have any questions please send me a PM or reply to this post.

Have a great day,

Ben

It is nice to see that Net Entertainment is interested in players view about a new roulette game. I completed this survey and it only took a couple of minutes, so I hope that more of you will do it.

They are for example asking if players would be interested in any of the following functions:

* To double the bet after a spin
* To be able to move a chip stack from one space on the table to another
* To be able to copy a chip stack from one space on the table to another
* To be able to save favorite bets
* I'm not interested in any of the above

*Other functions (open space for writing)

Well I'm definitely ALWAYS interested in copying my chipstack...don't care where from and where to, as long as I get a copy.

NetEnt's Roulette software is one of my favorites. BUT, and this is a big but, the biggest downfall is the games are 'Timed Out' that means your Roulette game just stops with a message stating game timed out. This is very annoying as you tend to feel cheated out of your chance to either hit a winning streak that you believe is due anytime now  or your already on a winning streak and the game ends in full flow.

Whether or not this makes any difference to the actual chance you have in the game. From a players perspective it does have an impact on their enjoyment of the game. And this plays on your mind when choosing to play at a Netent casino again or choose a Playtech where this doesn't happen.

Though you still have to weigh up other options like Netent pays out very fast compared to Playtech. But still, the game timed out annoyance does have an impact on deciding whether to play.

Yes, I have seen that Net Entertainment games occasionally can “time out”.

As you mentioned, it may affect the players gaming experience. Net Entertainment certainly has some challenges regarding this issue and other similar error messages like “currently unavailable” which also can pop up during game play (+java/flash issues).

My best suggestion for you is to try a downloadable Net Entertainment casino (instead of instant play). This runs much smoother in my opinion. Not so many Net Entertainment based casinos are offering this, but it is available at for example Nordicbet.

Of course, these errors do not affect the players change in the game. But I can understand it may be frustrating for a player, especially during a winning streak.

Would be great to have a downloadable version of NetEnt table games. But really not sure if they have this option, they might have it on slots games, though roulette for instance switches over to Microgaming software when on download. Unibet for instance does this and I'm guessing Nordicbet does the same.

Not that I have anything against MG software, just that the min table limits are a £1 :( on MG, whereas NetEnt offers a range of table limits with 10p being the lowest stake on table games which I prefer. It's a psychological thing, staking low until I'm ready to raise the stakes.

Nordicbet has Net Entertainment table games in their download casino.

There you can play for example Net Entertainment`s Roulette Pro Series with low limit (0,10-50) or regular limit (1-500). They also have French Roulette Pro Series and other Net Entertainment table games in in their download casino

(correction to my previous post: change = chance  )
