There was a "no credit" with the postepay in practice had filed, then the money returned behind-confirm-and now if we are rightly included.




Its not clear to me either.....lol
I think the credit card declined the deposits that was already accepted by Netteller.
So they,neteller,charged him with the returned charge plus some fees.
From his numbers I can see he had a pretty good and established account with em.

Sure is nice having an Italian around to interpret these posts
Having some need lately to speak by phone with the telephone company, I found it both funny and pathetic they have outsourced their telephone support to somewhere in Asia (just guessing). The support staff speak English (I think) but with such a thick accent it is near impossible to understand what they are saying...............No, I am not a bigot, just think that Americans need to be able to understand the English language when it is used by support staff at the freakin telephone company!!! JMO...........
