I have no clue about this kid of stuff so I was hoping for a little help from you guys. I will make it simple.
House sells for $85,000. After broker fees and taxes, what would the net be off of this. Any kind of estimate would help. Thx in advance

If the real estate fee is 7% and you sold the house for a loss that is all it cost you.

$5,900 in realtor fee. If you are over 65 and you made a bundle off the house I dont think their is any capital gain taxes If you r a democrat oBAMA might even give you more for your house if you plead poverty

Need to know if there is a balance on mortgage, if you are paying any buyers closing costs...how much commission are you paying...5? 6? 7? percent?

Give these numbers and we can get a little closer to the bottom line...

.

Thx. Let's just say paying 7% commission. The house is paid for before it sold. My mom who is 65, my aunt who is 69, and my cousin who is 44 are the ones who will split the final net profit 3 ways. Also, the house is selling for a significantly lower price than what it was bought for. Thx again for the input guys
